Marcos kept the vibe flowing perfectly throughout the night, reading the room and adjusting the energy to match what our guests needed in each moment. His song selections were spot on and got everyone dancing, which honestly made our whole day feel like a celebration rather than just a party. He was incredibly flexible and professional the entire time, from planning through the last song which he had to do impromptu to flex our timing. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! “We had the absolute best experience with our wedding DJ, Jason! From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. His planning portal made the entire process seamless. We were able to track every detail, input our song choices, and even receive helpful song suggestions for each part of the day.
