“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! His song selections were spot on and got everyone dancing, which honestly made our whole day feel like a celebration rather than just a party. Mike was very responsive, easy and fun to plan with, and great with communication leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we didn't need to touch base with him because we were confident he had everything covered. We had some interesting song requests, specific timing for certain songs, etc., and Mike handled everything perfectly. “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.”

“Wow, where do we even begin with this 5/5 review for Jeff and White Rose Productions other than wishing there was a higher rating to give them? Besides our venue, Jeff was the first vendor we picked for our wedding and it was the BEST choice we could have made. From our first meeting, we instantly knew that Jeff would bring our vision of celebrating and partying all night long to life and boy did he deliver! Weeks later, we still have friends and family saying "Oh my God you guys had the best DJ ever! I wish we had him for our wedding!!" Jeff kept that dance floor PACKED (we even had to move the tables out of the way). Even a few of our friends who are DJ's were dabbing Jeff up all night long for his killer transitions and reading the crowd. As a queer couple, the wedding planning process was a bit stressful in terms of making sure all of our vendors supported us and that we could be our authentic selves. Jeff is one of the most intentional people, he got to know our story, he learned who we are. So much so he was throwing in extra songs that we forgot to have on our list but we LOVED and it made everyone on the dance floor go crazy. “We put Dahn Tahn DJ through the ringer and they did a great job! Because of Covid we postponed and changed dates 3 times and they were with us thru it all. Lazz called us to prepare a line up and then gave us a week to prepare everything and get it back to him. Everything is done on their site so It’s super easy and can change things if need be. Lazz showed up hours early to set up. It was a hybrid indoor/outdoor (mainly outdoor) and they did a great job making sure music was heard everywhere. He did a good job helping us keep our timeline and couldn’t ask for any better! Very professional! great job!!”

“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! Thank you so much, DJ Neal, I can’t wait to continue telling all of my friends and family members how amazing you were.”
