“First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“General Warren was incredible, helpful, communicative, accommodating, and in all ways wonderful to work with. The space was beautiful, the food was delicious, drinks were lovely, the staff were so friendly and attentive. Their event manager Patrick was amazing, he made sure everything was perfect and that all our guests were satisfied. My husband is gluten free and they went above and beyond to communicate the options and make sure that his dining experience was safe without inconveniencing or restricting the rest of our party. All in all an incredible experience, I can’t recommend them highly enough! We also spent the night in one of their rooms and it was lovely, their hospitality manager was so sweet.”

“I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!”

“We had our wedding at The Kimberton Inn in October 2025 and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The Inn is a beautiful historic building (now operating as a restaurant), and the atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and incredibly romantic, perfect for an intimate wedding. We chose this venue for the reasonable pricing, the outstanding food, and because Kimberton is where I grew up, so the Inn has always been near and dear to my heart. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and stress-free. Jeff, the owner, was fantastic to work with. It was clear he has coordinated many weddings before. He explained everything clearly, laid out our options, and let us make decisions at our own pace. On the wedding day itself, Jeff truly went above and beyond. Having the owner of the venue essentially act as our day-of coordinator was an enormous help. He ushered guests where they needed to go, lined everyone up for the ceremony, and kept everything running seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding, he was always reachable by phone, which gave us so much peace of mind. The food was absolutely incredible and easily one of the highlights of the day. The wait staff was attentive and professional, everything was cooked perfectly, and every dish tasted amazing. It was genuinely one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Not a single thing went wrong. We made a special request to surprise my groom with a tomahawk steak even though it wasn’t on the menu. Jeff specially ordered it for him and the chef spent several hours preparing it. My husband said it was by far not only the best steak he's ever had, but the best meal he's ever had. It turned out incredible. My husband absolutely loved it. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us. Jeff makes it clear of how accommodating he is to every specific customization you would like to make to your day. The ceremony space was romantic and private. While it is on the smaller side, we brought our own décor and it turned out beautifully. The venue worked perfectly for our guest count (70). We absolutely felt The Kimberton Inn was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a historic, intimate wedding venue with exceptional food and hands-on coordination. Our wedding day went absolutely perfectly, and we loved every moment of it.
