About this venue
The Kimberton Inn is a special place to get married. The historic building has been lovingly cared for by the same family for over 40 years while the fine food, wine, and cocktail programs have evolved along a modern and artful path. We are located in a small village named for Emmor Kimber. We are a twenty minute drive from Valley Forge National Park. The experienced team you dream your day up with will be the same team who guides you and your guests when your wedding day arrives. We hope you love your wedding so much that you find yourself celebrating each romantic anniversary here with us, as so many other happy couples do.

In The Colonial Room, guests can enjoy natural light, decorative details and a beautiful fireplace. On the top floor, The Balcony features exposed wooden beams and antique touches. The Wine Cellar is perfect for a small dinner party with close friends and family.

Unforgettable Wedding Night at the Kimberton Inn
We held our wedding reception at the Kimberton Inn (dinner, drinks, DJ, the whole evening) and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Jeff, the owner, is truly exceptional. From the moment we started planning, his competence and calm gave us complete confidence. He even suggested the idea for our centerpieces, live orchids, which turned out beautifully and set the perfect tone for the evening. On the night itself, he personally coordinated with our photographer and DJ to make sure every moment was happening and being captured exactly right. The entire evening flowed beautifully because of him. The cake was another standout. They custom made it based on exactly what I envisioned and it was absolutely beautiful. It is the kind of personal touch that makes this venue feel so special. The staff matched that standard at every turn. They are warm, attentive, and incredibly sharp. Guests were raving about them all night. Speaking of raving: the espresso martinis were the talk of the reception. Not a single drink went empty all evening; between the staff and Jeff himself actively checking in on guests, everyone felt genuinely taken care of. The food deserves its own paragraph. Forget what you expect from typical wedding catering. This is full restaurant-quality cooking, and the portions are generous. The feedback we received from guests afterward was overwhelmingly positive, with the food and drinks coming up again and again as highlights of the night. If you want outstanding food, seamless coordination, incredible staff, and an evening that truly runs the way you envisioned it, the Kimberton Inn is the place. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Perfectly Perfect
I had the perfect wedding at Kimberton Inn. I knew that it was the right place for a small wedding. I had around 60 guests and Jeff, the owner, made us feel like family during the planning sessions. The food was incredible and the vibe was Perfect! we had our cocktail hour in the bar room which felt so cozy and warm. We then had the reception in the ballroom and every detail was Perfect. We go back on our anniversary to eat in the dinning room remembering how Perfectly Perfect that day really was. Thank you Kimberton Inn for creating such a magical day for my Husband and I.

A Perfect Day From Start to Finish
I honestly don’t even know where to start our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. From the beginning, everything felt easy and well taken care of, which made such a difference for us. We were actually able to enjoy the day instead of stressing about little things. Everything looked so beautiful, and the whole atmosphere just felt warm and happy. So many of our guests told us how much they loved it and how smoothly everything went, which meant a lot to hear. And the food… wow. We’re still getting messages about it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just so well done it honestly felt like restaurant-quality (if not better). It’s rare that wedding food stands out this much, but this absolutely did. Also, we can’t say enough about Jeff. He was there for us every step of the way—answering questions, helping with decisions, and just making sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Having someone that supportive made everything so much less overwhelming. What stood out the most overall was how relaxed we felt. We could just focus on each other and being with our family and friends, and that’s exactly what we wanted. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing. We’re really grateful for how everything turned out.

Working with the owner Jeff, was an absolute pleasure from start to finish—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. Every question was answered quickly, and every detail felt thoughtfully handled, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. On the day of the wedding, the staff truly exceeded our expectations. They were attentive, professional, and incredibly kind to both us and our guests. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of the entire time. Our guests are still raving about the amazing food and the overall experience—they truly had the best time. We also loved having our three-piece band, which added so much energy and atmosphere to the celebration and made the night feel even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and unforgettable wedding day.

Wedding Review
We loved our wedding at Kimberton Inn. Jeff and the staff are very professional and respectful. You can count on every detail to be taken care of. We enjoyed their personal approach and customizable options. And of course, the food is amazing. We still receive compliments from our guests on how much they loved the venue and the food. Another bonus of Kimberton Inn is we are able to go back and celebrate for an anniversary dinner or date night. Highly recommend!
