“As a bride who did not grow up thinking about her dream wedding and loathes the thought of being the center attention and planning parties, I quickly decided a destination wedding to somewhere amazing was a must and Niagara Falls was that destination. Being from California and knowing there was no chance of a wedding actually happening if the {now} Husband and I were left to our own planning devices, the search for a wedding planner began. KR Events & Designs were one of two planners we talked to and fell in love with their vibes immediately! I didn’t have a lot of ideas outside of wanting the ceremony at Terrapin Point, an all vegan menu and no first dance at the reception. When we found out we wouldn’t be able to get the table games we originally wanted (shuffleboard, pool, foosball, etc.) because they wouldn’t fit in the elevator, they found giant board games for us instead. With that and a few ideas we sent over from Pinterest, Keirstan absolutely killed it! I’m positive any future events we have will now have to be done in Niagara Falls”

“Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. “We used Kris as our coordinator for our spring 2026 wedding and would highly recommend her! Kris was super organized, setting up a google drive for us to share documents like all of the contracts, table plans, and timeline. We met with Kris multiple times before the month of the wedding and then every week the month of to make sure everything was on track. Kris attended all of our final vendor calls, which was super helpful for making the final decisions about everything. She was very easy to talk to about our vision for the day and an excellent person to bounce ideas off of. The day of, Kris was amazing! It felt like she was everywhere at once. She set up our ceremony décor, which was beautiful, and made sure that all of the other décor was set out. We got married in an aquarium and Kris had found these shell advice cards in her supplies that she brought. A lot of people ended up filling them out, which was lovely. During dinner, we had two flower girls who were starting to get hungry before their table was served and Kris made sure they got fed! Kris also stayed behind at the venue to make sure that everything was packed up and that all of the vendors got their tips. I genuinely think that I would not have had as good of a time without Kris’s coordination, so we strongly recommend her to anybody planning their wedding!”
