Born and raised on Long Island, I was immersed early in the world of high-end events and weddings, sparking a lifelong passion for hospitality. I began my career working private events from NYC to the Hamptons, gaining hands-on experience wherever I could. After moving to Buffalo in 2020, my career only grew—working alongside talented planners and coordinating countless weddings. Today, I serve as a Banquet Coordinator at a private social club while continuing to take on private clients, bringing experience, creativity, and heart to every event I touch.

I believe my personality, honest approach, and creativity are what truly set me apart. I strive to be more than just a planner—I aim to be a trusted best friend throughout the process. With plans to rebrand as The Planning Bestie, my goal is for every bride to feel fully supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. My clients are always welcome to call or text whenever they need guidance, reassurance, or a sounding board. I’m constantly sourcing inspiration that aligns with each bride’s unique vision, and I never hesitate to share Pinterest and Instagram finds—sometimes in abundance—when something perfectly matches their vibe.

Julianna was brought on after our initial coordinator left, but she didn't hesitate to get to know us and focus on the details that would make our wedding day perfect.     Working with Julianna was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding journey. From the very first conversation, it was clear that she brings detailed experience, expertise, organization, creativity, and genuine organization to our special day. Julianna took the time to understand our vision, priorities, and personalities and somehow elevated everything beyond what we imagined. Every detail, from timelines to vendor coordination, to décor styling, was handled with complete professionalism and confidence. We felt supported and truly taken care of. Looking back, I can't imagine how all our important details would have been executed without her. Julianna helped us elevate our vision with such important adders we didn't think about, like signage in certain areas, adding florals and drapery in our tent, and just the simple touches that only come with the eye of a trained expert. We had a handful of meetings to discuss our reception timeline from beginning to end, so everything was checked off our must have list. Julianna even helped us with the food and arrangements for our getting ready areas the morning of. On the wedding day, Julianna was an absolute superstar. Everything ran seamlessly and effortlessly because of the behind the scenes orchestrating with precision and alignment with vendors and staff at the venue.     Hiring Julianna was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. She set up our decor exactly how I wanted it and even provided additional decor items to make the venue look more magical. She ensured we stuck to our timeline, managed guests, packed up our decor and ensured we were completely stress-free the day of our wedding. She was so prepared and organized and helped me in the planning process as well. She was our favorite vendor, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
