Hey! I’m Lex — the planner, problem-solver, and professional dress-fluffer behind Vows by Lex. I found my passion for weddings while planning for friends and family, and now I bring that same care to every couple I work with. With a heart for love stories and a head for logistics, I help turn wedding chaos into calm, unforgettable celebrations. I truly love what I do and believe your day should feel effortless and fun. Based in WNY, I’ll be your timeline master, vendor wrangler, and wedding-day bestie — so you can focus on the love, not the logistics.

Calm in the Chaos – I bring peace, professionalism, and backup plans to even the most stressful situations. Heart-First Approach – I genuinely care about you, your people, and making your day feel like you. Detail-Obsessed, People-Focused – Yes, I’ll manage the timeline — but I’ll also pin boutonnieres, steam dresses, and hype you up when nerves hit. Low Volume, High Touch – I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take so each couple gets my full attention and support.     Best day ever made easy

    Hiring Lex as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment she arrived, we knew we were in the best hands. She was organized, professional, calm, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was exactly what we envisioned. She set up all of our décor perfectly—every detail was exactly how I had imagined it. She also handled a last-minute issue with our welcome sign without us having to worry about it, which is just one example of how she quietly solved problems behind the scenes. When it came time for our grand entrance I noticed my bustle wasn’t properly done. She jumped right in and made it perfect so we didn’t miss a beat! She kept everything running right on schedule while coordinating our vendors, wedding party, and family so seamlessly that we never had to think about logistics. Because she was managing everything so well, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. So many of our guests, family members, and vendors commented on how amazing she was throughout the day. Everyone noticed how organized, attentive, and friendly she was, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our wedding a success. One of my favorite memories is seeing her out on the dance floor celebrating with us at the reception. It was such a fun reminder that she wasn't just there to do a job—she truly cared about us and the experience we were having. We can't recommend Lex highly enough. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a coordinator and considering hiring her, do it—you'll be so glad you did!

    Vows by Lex made my wedding seamless!

    Vows by Lex was amazing! She made sure communication was flowing, especially the weeks leading up to the wedding! As I was planning my wedding she answered my questions (dumb or not lol). The ceremony and reception ran so smoothly, not one thing was out of place, so much so that we were 8 minutes ahead of schedule the whole day. Very professional but also so kind and considerate. I highly recommend!

    Vows by Lex was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Lexi's communication was quick, effective and incredibly detailed, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Lexi was very hardworking, organized and compassionate, helping us plan for months at a time and figure out all the small details to make our special day come to life. If you want someone who truly cares about giving you the best day of your life, Lex is your girl! Lexi was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her to any future brides looking for a dedicated and passionate wedding planner.
