“I've been to my fair share of weddings the last few years and I can definitively say that Yazz Events is one of the best live wedding bands I have ever seen. My calves were more sore the day after the wedding than when I ran the Chicago Marathon a few weeks prior. That's how hard I was dancing all night. We had a bilingual wedding (Spanish/English) and the MC, Hector, was able to speak and instruct guests in both languages. SO AWESOME! They also played the perfect blend of songs in both languages. Many of our Spanish speaking guests had not seen a live band like this before and they loved it. Amy, the owner, was amazing with planning and giving suggestions for the setlist. We also hired the jazz duo for our rehearsal dinner. They added such a calming presence to that night. 10/10 all around. Thank you Yazz Events!”

“What else can we say about DJ Obie? In our wedding planning we requested to have him as our DJ. I had mutual friends from college that knew him and had attended teacher trainings with his significant other. We were told we *might have him as our DJ but our purchase level wouldn’t guarantee it. We were so fortunate to realize we did in fact have him as our DJ. Even throughout the cocktail hour he was lively and entertaining guests. As the reception began, the power/sound went out multiple times, and he powered through. I truly have never seen a wedding DJ more positively encourage and engage guests. The dance floor was never empty, and DJ Obie joined us on the floor as the night went on. To this day I think his involvement in our wedding made it that much better.”

“We absolutely loved working with Kuhl Entertainment (we had Aaron/Ace as our DJay). From initial questions to booking to planning and then the big day everything was fun and collaborative. Aaron had our dance floor FILLED and ROCKING all night long. I was nervous about missing a particular song (Pink Pony Club obvi) and let Aaron know in advance. I was "stuck" talking to a family member when it first came on. Aaron stopped the music and called me out to the dance floor to make sure I didn't miss it. Kuhl has an excellent system down and helps everyone be organized and on the same page. Aaron was absolutely amazing and felt like a friend by the end of the night.”
