We stayed here with our bridal party and friends coming in from overseas for the weekend of our wedding. Immediately, everyone was raving about the space and how gorgeous and huge it was. On the night before the wedding, we used it as the rehearsal dinner space, bringing in pans of catering but heating, serving, and using dishware all on site. We were so pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. We spent so much time on the porch, playing pool, and taking pictures on the staircase. On the morning of the wedding, we had hair, makeup, videography, and photography come to us at the house. It was a great space that kept us from feeling like we were tripping over each other. I’m so excited to see the photos and videos because I know the setting was perfect. Even before we arrived, Steve was so helpful and flexible in our booking process. I could not recommend this space more highly!

Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! We chose Sayen House & Gardens for our micro wedding and couldn't have been happier with the decision. The property is absolutely stunning in spring—the gardens and house both provided the perfect backdrop for our evening without us having to do much decorating. What really impressed us was how seamlessly everything came together, the catering is a monopoly; our catering coordinator Joanne stepped up and helped manage the space too, making sure every detail was handled. Our guests raved about the venue itself—there's something special about getting married in a place that's been so well cared for by the township. The pricing was very reasonable, which meant we could spend our budget on other things that mattered to us. We'd absolutely recommend Sayen House & Gardens to any couple planning an intimate celebration. The rains earlier in the day made the gardens look like a rainforest out of fairy tales

There aren't enough words to describe what a perfect day Anah and her team created for our wedding. It was more perfect than we ever could have conceived of ourselves. We booked during a transition period for Anah and her business, so sometimes there were some lapses in communication and some crossed wires, but when it came to the wedding weekend, everything was absolutely perfect. (Maybe I'm overusing that word, but it doesn't feel possible). Anah is so warm, funny, personable, and made us feel like we were the most important couple in the world on our wedding day - and also extremely safe and welcome as a queer couple. Every detail was thoughtful and lovely. We used what she grows for our flowers, and she put together a bouquet for me on the morning of the wedding that matched perfectly with accessories she hadn't even seen yet. It's possible she's a little bit psychic. Thank you, thank you, thank you Anah and team for our perfect day. I wish we could do it all over again!

I originally envisioned a sleek, modern venue, but Crystal Plaza completely changed my mind from the moment we walked in. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were immediately apparent. We had heard amazing things from friends, and after experiencing it ourselves, it was an easy yes. The entire team was incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process and on the day of. Iris was with us from our first tour through the wedding day — always available, supportive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The food was unforgettable (our guests are still texting us about it!), and our maitre’d, Mikhail, along with our bridal and groom attendants, G and Liza, were so thoughtful and on top of every detail. The venue itself is stunning, and it delivered on every front—our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the space looked. We appreciated that they set clear guidelines to follow, which were a little frustrating but actually made the planning process smoother and helped us stay organized. The photos from our day turned out wonderful, capturing the beauty of both the location and our celebration. I'm going to start by saying we are floral designers who have been in the industry for 13 years combined. We have worked alongside some of the best industry professionals in the area and Avery and the Johnson's Locust Hall Team are by far the best! Our wedding was perfect. But more importantly, the attention and care leading up to the day from Avery is what truly made the experience special and quite frankly emotional. We just went back to the venue to pick pumpkins and are still reveling in the emotions of the day. Such a sweet family and location. Our guests had such a wonderful time each space we entered. I could go on and on about how perfect every detail was but instead i'll just say book this venue for your wedding or event, you will have such heart filled memories the rest of your life. Thank you Avery, Allie and the entire staff for giving us the best day of our lives!

We had our wedding at Hotel du Village on March 16th, 2025 and cannot share enough good things about this venue. From start to finish, the HDV team truly made planning our wedding a seamless & stress-free process. You can always tell when the team that works at a venue genuinely enjoys what they do - every single person who was working there the night of our wedding genuinely cared that my husband & I enjoyed each moment and had everything we could possibly need to make the day go smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and our guests would not stop gushing about it’s charm. We’re so happy they saw the same beauty in it that we did! The Chateau style reception was perfect for our guests, blocking dinner at the beginning of the reception & letting guests have free reign of the venue for the last two hours of the night for dessert & dancing. Our guests used the fire pit areas for roasting s’mores & smoking cigars all night! The food at our cocktail hour and dinner received rave reviews - specifically the lobster rolls & Marseille stations! The passed hors d’oeuvres were also absolutely fantastic. We loved the Mac & cheese, spring rolls, and lamb chops (to name a few). We also just wanted to call out a few MVPs on the HDV team: Alyssa, our event coordinator, was an incredible resource & always found a way to accommodate our requests. As an interior designer by trade, I was very picky with where florals, accessories and furniture were placed, but she ALWAYS found a way to make it work & never once made me feel like my requests were crazy, even if they were! Irene, our morning bridal attendant, was amazing and took great care of my husband & I the morning of the wedding. She was a vital part in the setup of the venue the morning of the wedding and our vision wouldn’t have come to life with our her guidance. Larry, the hotel manager, is the most kind & patient man we’ve ever met. He made sure all guests staying on the property were comfortable and had everything they needed at the hotel & cottage. He was also involved in so many other aspects of the day, including set up at the venue the morning of our wedding. You can tell he’s a vital part of the team at HDV and we couldn’t imagine the day going as smoothly as it had if he wasn’t there! Agnes, the afternoon/evening bridal attendant, was truly a super-hero. She seemed to be everywhere at once, had anything you could possibly need in her tool belt, and made sure you never had to ask for a single thing - she already had it taken care of! I never had to pick up my own dress train/veil as we moved around the property to take photos, or go to the bar for my own drinks. She had it taken care of before we could even think to make the request! Our wedding day was incredible because of these people & the others on staff at Hotel du Village. Three days have passed and our family & friends are STILL talking about how incredible the venue & HDV team was!
