“We had such a wonderful experience with our DJ. Before the wedding, he met with us to really understand our ideas and preferences, and it made us feel so confident going into the big day. The photo booth was a huge hit and when we received the pictures afterward, along with the beautiful book he created with all the prints, it meant so much to us. It was such a fun and thoughtful detail. I was also nervous about having both Portuguese/brazilian songs and English songs throughout the night, but he made it happen perfectly. The music flowed nonstop and he mixed everything so naturally that our families and friends had an incredible time. My husband even sent him a very special song made for me at the last minute during the wedding, and he added it right away without hesitation. It made the moment unforgettable. When I later saw the photos, I could see how much fun everyone had and how amazing the energy was all night long. We are truly grateful for his talent, professionalism, and kindness.”

“Casey with KayBay entertainment was amazing! We had a call with him a few months before the wedding to get a feel for our vibe and what we wanted. He shared a google doc with us to put in any requests, details of the wedding, timelines etc, and then had another call with him a week before the wedding to go over all the details. If we had wanted more communication, we could have had it, but this was perfect for us. He played all of our requests, was super attentive, and receptive if we wanted to change anything last minute (which we did!). He made us feel calm and in good hands the whole time. We also used the photo booth through KayBay and that was also awesome! It was a great addition to our day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Jay came highly recommended to us because of two other family members that had hired him for their weddings. From the start, Jay was incredibly kind, supportive, completely on top of every little detail and just really helpful throughout the process. When we had to postpone our May 2020 wedding because of Covid, and then changed our August 2020 rescheduled wedding to more of an elopement with 17 people, he was really flexible and supportive and and just wanted to help in whatever way he could. Our wedding weekend turned out to be a little extra stressful and he was calm and professional the entire time. The timing and edits of the music all turned out perfectly and he does an awesome job as the Master of Ceremonies. We wish we could have seen Jay shine with a huge dance party because we knew it would have been epic, but honestly, he shined in the ways you want any wedding vendor of yours to shine: he acted like a friend who was going to be there for you no matter what. I cannot recommend him enough and thank him for being such an amazing vendor and person!”

“We are so happy we chose Trading Post Productions as our entertainment vendor for our daughter's wedding. From start to finish, John made the planning process so easy and professional. He really took the time to understand our vision of how we wanted our guests to feel at the wedding. Our venue was on a mountain top and logistically challenging. He took this challenge head on and did an outstanding job with the set up and execution of the lighting, stage set up and ceremony audio setup. The lighting and uplighting he provided added so much to our venue and transitioned from romantic at dinner to a party when it was time to celebrate on the dance floor. My daughter gave her playlists, then trusted him to take control, and he did not disappoint. He kept the dance floor full all night long and read our crowd perfectly creating the most fun atmosphere. As an MC, he was smooth and professional and guided the night seamlessly without overpowering the event. We also hired his wife to be the violinist, and it was one of the best decisions we made. She played so beautifully during our ceremony and cocktail hour, and our guests are still talking about what a special touch that was. “For as long as I’ve known Liat I’ve always been captivated by her voice. She has a presence that is magnetic. Anyone who’s ever heard her sing has felt drawn to her performance and longs to be a part of the experience. When Liat played our first dance at our wedding it was hard not to cry. She learned our song while truly making it her own. Even though it was Radiohead and kind of emo it was special to us. “Golden Bells was PHENOMENAL! Marlon and the entire band absolutely crushed it at our wedding. Not only is every musician insanely talented, but Marlon curated the night perfectly -- easing in with oldies to get our parents and older guests moving, then seamlessly shifting into the EDM, pop, and Bay Area rap we love. It felt like the soundtrack of us, and everyone could feel that. “We loved working with DJ Goodie throughout the entire planning process. He was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning and we knew after our first conversion he'd be able to get the party going. It really made a difference that he took the time to learn about the flow of the wedding and our musical preferences. On the wedding day, he made sure everything was ready before our guests arrived by coming early to set things up. He even had backup music ready in case the musicians had to cancel due to inclement weather. He even mic'd our officiant for the ceremony. The music choice for the reception flowed naturally from our wedding through cocktail hour and into the evening. He supplied excellent uplighting, which really improved the dance party's ambiance.
