I honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue than Waverly Estate. There’s no venue like it that gives you the flexibility of coming in on Friday & staying until Sunday. We had no worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.

The Pavilion at Mimosa Lake in its self is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The wedding venue has a breath taking view of the lake, a gazebo, a water fountain derived from the lake behind the gazebo, the amazing (and so uniquely and charmingly) decorated indoors, and so much more concerning the scenery. My husband and I had great pictures taken after our intimate ceremony; the photo opportunities are endless at this venue! The scenery is amazing, but what was even better was working with Cindy Foley. Cindy made our day so special. She made sure all of the details were perfect and she made sure we had absolutely everything we could ask for. My husband and I are forever grateful we decided on this venue for our special day! I highly recommended this location! Lastly, this location has connections with caterers, bartenders, bakers, videographers, photographers, DJs, and more! As I said earlier, Cindy is amazing and she will make sure your day is special at this beautiful venue!!

Every couple and family that come to Poplar Hill tell us that our pictures do not do it justice! We take pride in the care of the house and grounds and cherish the opportunity to share it with others!

Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. The peaceful country setting offers many other options if you choose to celebrate your special day with an outdoor ceremony and reception.

We cannot thank Chris and Jenny enough for giving my wife and I the most amazing day and wedding venue. From the moment we stepped foot on Countyline we knew this was where we wanted to get married. It had exactly what we were looking for - from the indoor/outdoor spaces to the beautiful natural scenery. Not only was the venue perfect but Chris and Jenny were awesome to work with. They made the process super easy with the help of their preferred vendor lists and working with their son Collin as our DJ. Leading up to the big day they were very accommodating with anything that they needed from seeing the venue multiple times to finishing up last minute details the day before. Every time we think back to our wedding day we can't say enough how grateful we are to have found Countyline Vineyard & Venue and had celebrated with all of our family and friends.

Cannot say enough good things about Cadillac and their entire team — from start to finish everything was incredible, from the planning to the execution, every little detail was perfection. The space itself is absolutely stunning and is the perfect “blank slate” to add your own personality to. The outdoor space is amazing, the bridal suites are gorgeous, the venue is spacious but still feels intimate. Truly don’t have a bad word to say! Can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. 3

Words cannot begin to describe how perfect Avon Hill was for our wedding! We had both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding on site and we had family and friends stay at the Lodge. Every guest was enthralled with the beautiful views that Avon Hill offers and they loved that it was so easy to go from the reception to their lodging. Sarah and Jocelyn were so wonderful to work with, accommodating with viewing the venue prior to the wedding and coming in early on Friday, and answering my many questions as an out-of-country bride. Jocelyn and her husband were so wonderful during our wedding weekend, especially when we had an issues with the air conditioning. They immediately had someone come fix it so our guests would be comfortable. They helped with parking for our guests and Jocelyn drove my husband and I around to the various locations on the property for our photos. I cannot recommend this venue enough to anyone looking for a ceremony and reception in a gorgeous location. We wanted an outdoor ceremony, unique photos, and the barn was the perfect backdrop for our reception. Definitely check this venue out! Thank you Avon Hill!

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

My husband and I got married at the Farm at 95 in September 2023. The venue was amazing and our wedding turned out so beautiful! We worked with Rachel as our coordinator and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. It was a perfect day at The Farm!

There are plenty of accommodations for you, your family, your wedding party and more to stay there on site and make a weekend out of it, so you can spend quality time together. From a photographer's point of view, there were plenty of beautiful options around the property for doing portraits. You can do photos up by these very old, historic barns up on a hill, or down by the creek, with a pretty bridge or down by the lake where there is an array of colorful canoes!

The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is named after our dear loved one, Carolyn Varner Baldwin, who unexpectedly passed away in 2008 due to an allergic reaction. She was the matriarch of our family and a beautiful, one-in-a-billion type of person with a generous and loving spirit. She was a talented gardener, a devoted fisherwoman who could out-fish the best of 'em (we're talking "sun-up-til-sundown" kind of fishing), was creative and artsy, and never knew a stranger. We felt it only fitting to name this lovely place in her memory. We are a family-operated business. Joanna is the General Manager and works with each client to accommodate varying event needs. She handles a wide range of aspects of the business, from answering questions about what will make your event run smoothly to giving you layout suggestions. She has worked with over 200 wedding & event clients over the last 10 years and has learned quite a bit about weddings & event planning through her experiences.

Coordination was impeccable and Ashly was able to direct everyone from guests to groomsman to positions with kindness and grace. We received so many compliments of catering we used these services again a year later for our Baby Shower and have since ordered additional dishes and desserts.

We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Jack and I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding than The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, Virginia. Growing up in Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to get married in my hometown. Wineries are a popular choice in Charlottesville, but they are mostly located in the surrounding counties which require a long drive from hotels. Winery weddings can also require coordinating a lot of rentals (decor, tables, chairs, etc.) and finding a caterer. After researching all of the venues around Charlottesville, we chose The Club at Glenmore or many reasons. One, the beautiful and convenient location. Glenmore was conveniently located only about 10 minutes from our hotel block on Pantops which made it easy for guests and shuttles. Even though the location is close to town, it is situated inside a beautiful gated neighborhood with views of the mountains, rolling horse pastures, and well maintained golf course. So it feels like it's out in the country without actually being that far away from town! Two, the full service. Glenmore provides so much for its couples! It has an amazing on-site chef so we did not need to find a separate catering company. This was one of our main deciding factors! Couples even do the food & wine tasting at the venue which makes for a fun day trip :) Glenmore provides all of the ceremony chairs, reception chairs, tables, glassware, serving ware, flatware, etc. So we did not need to rent anything except purchase some decorations. Speaking of decorations, Glenmore has many decor pieces that we were able to use! They have arbors, prosecco walls, a boxwood wall for photo opps, votive candle and holders, charger plates, up-lights, bistro lights, etc. Three, the amenities. Getting ready spaces, ceremony locations, cocktail terrace, reception ballroom - Glenmore has it all! Glenmore has a beautiful bridal suite that the ladies in my bridal party were able to use all morning. The bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in, hang dresses in, store decor in, and even take pictures in. There is a separate space downstairs where the guys can get ready in too! We all enjoyed spending the morning and early afternoon together in these spaces while eating breakfast and lunch prepared for by Glenmore! The space was also convenient for our vendors too. They could come and check in with me throughout the morning since I was getting ready on-site. There are many ceremony locations to choose from if you want your ceremony at Glenmore. We actually switched our ceremony location within about 2 weeks of the wedding and Glenmore was very accommodating with this switch. Finally, the beautiful ballroom was another major deciding factor for us. We had our wedding in the summer, so we knew we wanted to have the reception indoors in an air conditioned room. Four, the staff. Glenmore takes pride in providing top notch service to its clients. Kim, the event coordinator at Glenmore, helped us so much from start to finish. She walked us through the wedding process, answered the many questions we had, worked with all of our vendors, met with us for our tasting and walkthroughs, made sure that all of our requests were met, and coordinated the entire Glenmore team on our wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful full-service wedding venue with everything including an amazing on-site caterer, top notch staff, convenient location, and gorgeous views, Glenmore is the place for you!!

Serenity Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was extremely responsive via email and phone leading up to the big event, answering all of our questions thoroughly. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They were constantly available to assist with anything we needed, responding within seconds to requests. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute changes was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for more attentive, approachable, kind, and easy to work with people helping us pull off the wedding. Honestly, Serenity Ridge played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect and effortless. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day long thanks to their top-notch coordination. From consultation to the wedding, The Maxwell was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding. The staff's communication was always clear and timely. Questions were quickly answered and the information they give you upon booking is really everything you need-it's well laid out. Day of couldn't have gone better! The staff there in the morning and during the wedding were fantastic. The bartenders were truly great and our guests loved them so much. They were quick with making drinks and great with conversation. The Bridal Suite is beyond beautiful! A private bathroom stocked with anything you may need! And hair and make up can come right in and set up. I had several people and out and throughout the day and it never felt cluttered. They provide drinks for us while getting ready and really met all our needs. The preferred vendor list is also super helpful! We did not have to do much searching and the people are there really work well with the venue. Our special day was perfect!

The best part is the views that overlook the nursery with the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains that are unmatched at golden hour. The Greenhouse Reception tent has the most beautiful light any time of day & the reflection of the lights above is truly so romantic. Everywhere you look on the property makes a great photograph. The staff is so friendly and just does the best job running the show. Every wedding I've had the opportunity to photograph there has just been top notch & has gone so smoothly! The Maine of Williamsburg was a dream to wedding plan at and the staff were more than accommodating to plan with. After booking The Maine in June 2022, we finally had our picture perfect day this May 2024. The day was beautiful and all of our vendors were amazing. Tracy and her staff at The Maine are very understanding about the inconsistencies with event planning, and we’re more very helpful recommending vendors that were familiar with the space. If I chose to use an outside vendor, the staff easily worked with my preferred vendors to establish the necessary contacts and paperwork. Overall, my planning process was stress free knowing I had a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, including microphones and speakers, and a well maintained interior for an inside reception. There was plenty of space for my guests. The bathrooms were well kept, with plenty available to accommodate my 130 guests. Also, the interior of the facilities are nice and COOL—the AC was much needed after a hot and humid spring wedding. No amount of praise for Tracy and her staff will ever feel like enough. Less than a mile away from both the Barn & Pavilion and the Grand Hall is our Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery, a 26,000-square foot, 11 bedroom mansion that provides overnight lodging for guests and a honeymoon night option for couples.

My husband and I chose Trump Winery for our wedding venue because we wanted a chapel for the ceremony and a barn for the reception. Luckily, Trump Winery had both, so best of both worlds! We are very happy with our decision because some guests danced on the dance floor while others went outside on the patio to talk and enjoy the winery views. It can be difficult to talk while there's music blasting. Beth Zitzman, the Events Manager at Trump Winery, was very helpful and friendly from the venue tour to throughout the wedding planning process to the day of the wedding. Trump Winery does have strict vendor rules. One being the caterer has to be a vendor from their Preferred Vendor List, which is listed on the contract. The other vendors don't have to be from the Preferred Vendor List, but they have to be approved by Beth after the vendor fills out two vendor forms and adds Trump Winery as an additional insured company on their certificate of insurance. This process wasn't too bad as all the vendors I chose that weren't on Trump's Preferred Vendor List got approved. For a sparklers exit, Trump Winery requires galvanized buckets and sand for the used sparklers. Trump Winery also requires a day of coordinator. Cody Smith was my day of coordinator and she's the best! She's very familiar with Trump Winery and has been in the wedding industry for years. Cody is so on top of things and responds really quickly to emails and texts. She made my wedding absolutely seamless! All my guests told me they really enjoyed the wedding and the venue was wonderful. I was awestruck when I saw all my photos, beautiful and classic venue!

John and Natasha worked diligently and speedy to set up our 100+ guest wedding within the time frame and was quick to response and very Communicative. The venue is very big with many ways to accommodate any type of wedding or event. Food was great to top it off. This is hands down the best venue in the blue ridge mountains (coming from an Ashe County local couple)!! This venue is so stunning and needs minimal decoration to make it feel elegant and classy but still have a relaxed atmosphere. Paula is filled with so much wedding knowledge and provides a list of recommended vendors, which would be great for those who are not local. Paula is quick to respond to texts and calls and always eased my mind. The bridal suite, groomsman room, and honeymoon suite were so convenient to have right on site. The cabin on the farm was clean, spacious, and has everything your family/friends need. Mark, Paula’s husband, works so hard during the week prior to the wedding to maintain the landscaping and beautiful dahlia garden. I would also highly recommend using Caroline Orcutt as your wedding coordinator (add on service). She is beyond organized and makes sure everything runs smoothly the day of your wedding. She is quick to response to emails, texts, and calls. She also gave us tons of suggestions that would fit in our budget. We could not recommend this venue more and thank the Domske’s and Caroline for all they did for us to make our day so special!!

This is the perfect wedding venue if you want a historic venue and have a small to medium wedding! We had about 50 guests, and felt that it was the perfect amount for the space. The Linden Row team was a dream to work with! Alexa was incredibly responsive to all of our emails. Their partnership with Groovin’ Gourmets truly made our planning so much easier as the staff have great relationships and are used to working together. For all that was included, we felt the price was fair, however keep in mind that in the event of rain, you will also need to work with one of their approved tent vendors since there is not an adequate indoor space for a wedding. This is not their fault, but something we wished we talked through more in the early stages of planning! The room blocks were super easy to set up and we were given a log in to track who had already booked a room. For any guests that are staying in the hotel, it was easy for them to get breakfast on site. All of our guests said they loved their stay at Linden Row. There was another event in downtown Richmond the weekend of our wedding, so parking was a challenge, but again, it is not Linden Row’s fault, just something to keep in mind when booking a room or a wedding.

We got married at Whiskey Kitchen in November 2021. They did an amazing job! The food was amazing. Having the entire whisky bar open was a hit for our guests who are normally used to a small selection of drinks at most other weddings. They already have tables & chairs available to use and moved them around between our ceremony and reception. There is plenty of space for a live band and dancing. We're so happy we asked if they hosted weddings! We would highly recommend using them as your wedding venue.

The open but covered grand hall is 6000 sf with 2 huge chandeliers, Edison string lights, post lights, and a huge rock fireplace. There are also motorized curtains on the west side that can be closed or opened with a touch of a button. Where to even begin! When we found this venue, I would say that my husband and I had already toured over 10 other venues before Bella Collina and we had seen a few others that we had liked but none that we were set on that had quite the “wow” factor that Bella Collina has! We were actually just looking through venues and Bella Collina popped up and we read all the reviews and saw the awesome ratings and knew we had to check it out! From the moment we drove up the driveway and set eyes on the venue and the scenery. I knew without a doubt this would be where we would be getting married. The location is just so beautiful and the mansion is exquisite. It was perfect! Erin gave us a tour of the mansion and we instantly fell in love with everything that day. She was super friendly and answered all our questions! My husband and I both agreed that day that it was where we wanted to get married. We soon met the venue owner, Joe, and happily secured our date! Joe and Erin are both super friendly and easy to communicate with. My husband and I were super impressed with how everything was set up and how easily it is to get things scheduled with them. Their communication with us was spot on! They are so easy to work with. Something we really enjoyed was something called “Day of Interviews” where we got to come in and meet some of Bellas preferred vendors and then pick the ones we would like to work with. This helped take away a lot of the stress that lots of other engaged couples have to go through with finding vendors separately. Since our wedding ceremony was planned to be outdoors by the lake, when it came down to the last couple of days before our wedding and we had to make a decision about whether to move the ceremony inside or not because of the weather. Joe was absolutely amazing at making sure that we still got to have our dream wedding by watching the weather and helping us plan accordingly down to the last couple of hours! :) We got to have our first dance out on the balcony overlooking our guests out on the patio, which was breathtaking! All of our friends and family have been talking about it for the past couple of weeks since our wedding. Thanks to Joe, Erin, this amazing venue, and staff we got to have our dream wedding. It was everything we could have ever imagined! You can really tell that they love what they do and it shows. Thank you for helping us have our happily ever after! You really showed us that you genuinely care :) Bella Collina exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond what we could ever have imagined a wedding venue doing. We felt at ease on the day of our wedding in their hands

The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

My husband and I had a small intimate wedding at Riviera Vines and loved the entire experience. I am not the ballroom over the top type of bride nor am I the rustic barn bride so this was a perfect option. We and our guests had so much fun. The venue had a huge newly renovated bridal suite for me and my bridal party to sip and slowly get ready. They had so many cute spaces and you can tell a lot of thought was given to the wedding experience. You get so much included for the price. If you are sick of barns and looking for something super cute and different, this is the place!

The BEST wedding venue for the views and for the staff! If you want a gorgeous wedding venue with picturesque scenery, feeling like you are so remote, but only 20 minutes from downtown durham, and the best team to support you, then Carolina Grove is your venue! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without the support of the Carolina Grove Team. From the day we did our tour with Melissa we were blown away with the customer experience. We were then paired with Kate as a coordinator and she is absolutely one of the best human beings and made sure everything the day of ran smoothly. We love the Carolina Grove and we loved watching our guests fall in love with it too. 10/10! P.S. Definitely take fun photos in the vault, we love ours!
