About this venue

There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2400 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Availability depends on when you wish to book. Rosa Lee Manor is available most Sundays and weekdays - Saturdays are available if booked less than 60 days from your wedding date. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Our Venue

Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this country-style venue. For your ceremony, you can exchange your vows underneath their romantic Gazebo. If you prefer a more rustic setting, you can say your “I do's” by the old weeping willow tree and cabin, by the arch next to the gardens and fountain, or in front of the old gray board fence. For your reception, you can have an elegant affair in their Gardens and patios with their natural landscape and beautiful water features as your backdrop. For an indoor celebration, you can utilize their Barn, made out of mostly glass. You'll still feel like you're outside, while being protected from the elements.
