Sinkland Farms

Set on five acres of lush gardens, our outdoor ceremony site features majestic pillars, a glittering pond, a trickling creek, and rustic bridge. The wildflower beds change color with the seasons. White, hand-made benches can accommodate well over 250 guests. Vows are exchanged on a Virginia bluestone terrace backed by rolling hills, green pastures, floating white ducks, and crystal clear skies.

Should the weather change on your special day, our rustic Rain Barn can accommodate up to 250 guests. Your vows will be exchanged among hay bales and a iron sphere chandelier under warm and natural light.

At the heart of our farm is the stunning 5,000-square-foot Farmstead Barn. Included as the reception space with a Tuscan Pond ceremony, it affords a gorgeous celebration setting. From dramatic doors; to the signature, locally-crafted bottle chandelier, every detail is sublime.

Another sweet touch from our farm’s original roots, the old dairy parlor has been lovingly re-imagined as a honeymoon suite and getting-ready space. Host a girls’ night in with your bridesmaids before the big day and prep in style on Saturday morning. After the party ends, enjoy the first night of your honeymoon under these elegant eaves.

Adjoining our barns, the terrace that can host hundreds. An expansive white pergola invites guests to socialize and celebrate al fresco in this outdoor wedding venue space. Our Tuscan Terrace is an ideal location for cocktail hour, where your family and friends can look out on the lush natural landscape while enjoying libations. To the south, the barn doors open onto a beautifully manicured lawn with a firepit which can also host a seated farm-to-table meal.
