I've been an artist for as long as I can remember. My mom gave me an old film camera sometime around 5th grade thinking offhand that I might be interested in yet another art form and boy was she ever right. From then on, I've always had a camera in my hand, documenting anything and everything. Photography has been not only my chosen form of expression for over half my lifetime, but my way of learning about the world, of getting to know people, and even of getting to know myself.

Ardenwood Farm is a horse farm and wedding destination located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Kitty, violist and group leader with Save the Date Music for 25 years, became its director in 2017. Her extensive experience includes performing as a soloist, in chamber groups and orchestras. She spent summers training/ performing at Greenwood Music Camp; Kneisal Hall and The Music Academy of the West. In the Peace Corps, Kitty played and toured with the Ecuadorean National Symphony and performed with an international quartet and thereafter studied music therapy at the Catholic University of America. Kitty's work has also included coordinating international musician exchanges in Cochabamba, Bolivia.

When I’m not busy being a student, I love going on my mom walks with a podcast going, hiking, drinking matcha, and finding the best places to watch sunsets (also my favorite time to take pictures!!) I am the kind of person that randomly scrolls through my camera roll just to see the moments from years ago.
