Our services include waitstaff, bartenders, event coordinators, and banquet managers. We're here to fill in the gaps when your caterer or venue falls short!

Beer & Wine Service

Price$250

Description

Bartenders for beer and wine service are $65 per hr/per bartender. We'll provide all the necessary equipment for beer and wine service. Non-alcoholic beverages can be added for an additional fee.

Cocktail Service

Price$300

Description

Our mixed beverages are priced at $75 per hr/bartender. We'll provide all of the necessary tools for the service of cocktails, beer, and wine. Clients provide ice and their choice of alcoholic beverages & we'll take care of the rest! *Menu planning is available for an additional fee.

Mocktail Bar

Description

Starting at $10.00 per person Our standard mocktail bar comes with all the tools and amenities as our cocktail bar and your choice of 3 beverage options. We will work together to create 3 signature cocktails for your guests to enjoy. The package also comes with printed signage for your 3 signature mocktails.

Description

We’re excited to offer our new iced coffee bar experience for your wedding! Starting at around $10.00 per person, Pricing includes 3 hours of attended service, cold brew and iced coffee, milk options, syrups, cups, and custom menu signage. Final pricing varies based on guest count and upgrades.

    Excellent Service

    I enlisted the aid of Triangle Event Pros for my sons 1st birthday party. The high level of service and attention to my needs, allowed me to enjoy the celebration myself. They were even assisting with tasks that I never asked for. Great customer service is reading the mind of the client! I will definitely work with them again in the future.

We serve the Triangle, Jacksonville, NC, and Charlotte, NC. A travel fee is applied based on distance from those market areas. A flat fee is applied for locations within 2 hours of those listed markets. Ex. Wilmington, NC is within 1 hour of the Jacksonville, NC market and would be assessed a flat travel fee of $70 or less.
Yes, we have a 4-hour minimum for all events.
During popular seasons like summer, fall, and holidays, we ask that client book services at least 6-9 months ahead of their event date.
After our initial intake call, we recommend 1-2 more calls to focus on finalizing drink offerings, headcount, and signature drinks if applicable. Wedding logistics, setup instructions, and timelines are typically discussed during our final call which will be scheduled one week before the event date.
