We bring a vintage tap trailer, professional bartenders, and craft beverages to weddings and celebrations across the Triangle. Whether it's local craft beer, bubbly, hard seltzer, signature cocktails, or mocktails on tap — we handle the bar so you can enjoy your event.

Lil' Brew Bird operates on a dry hire model: you purchase the alcohol, and we take care of everything else — setup, service, and breakdown. Our vintage tap trailer is a self-contained showpiece that guests love. We work with 50 to 250 guests and serve Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Hillsborough, and surrounding areas. Packages start at $800.

Our flagship experience. The vintage tap trailer plus a professional bartender working the bar top — craft beer, cocktails, and soda on tap, served by our team all night. You purchase the alcohol and we handle everything else: delivery, setup, service, and cleanup. The most popular choice for weddings with 75 to 200 guests.

Our vintage tap trailer is a self-serve showpiece your guests will love. You purchase the alcohol and we deliver the trailer cold, set up, and ready to pour.     Unique and Professional

    We couldn't have asked for a better bar service for our wedding! The mobile tap trailer was a hit from the moment it arrived. Lil Brew Bird was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to our guests. They kept everything running smoothly, ensuring the drinks flowed without any hiccups.     Great vendor to work with

    Best addition to our party!

    Patrick was so easy to communicate with and arrived in plenty of time to set up. We had two beers on tap and a margarita on tap plus an espresso martini - all were delicious! The whole process was so easy and fun. Such a great way to celebrate and we highly recommend!

    The best bar service for your event!!

    Patrick and his team were absolutely phenomenal. His set up is completely self sufficient and looked so beautiful at our backyard wedding. He was super easy to work with leading up to the event and he and his team went above and beyond on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly (including dancing through the dance floor to clean up a few drink spills!). We purchased beer and wine to serve, but he also offered a non-alcoholic bubbly ginger lemonade which was a HIT! Can’t say enough positive things about them. 100% the right pick for your celebration!

Pricing is based on duration, guest count, and services requested. Most events are between $900 and $3000. We are happy to provide a custom quote.
Oh Yes! Let our professional Bartenders mix your favorite drinks ... deliciousness and style are guaranteed. In addition to keg and bottled beverages, hand-crafted signature cocktails will delight your guests and make the dance floor come alive.
Based on NC laws, all alcohol must be purchased separately and directly by the host. We'll provide a shopping list, and in many cases can place an order on your behalf. In this way, there is no additional markup on alcohol. Yay!
Nope. Our Tap Trailer Rental package is just equipment rental without a Server. But we do highly (highly!) recommend having a professional Bartender pour drinks for your guests because … you know … underage drinkers, folks over indulging. Trust us, it’s worth it :-)
We can help with that. We have plenty of connections with local craft breweries and retailers in and around the Triangle. You tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help to find it. Or we can make recommendations based on what you like. Our goal is to help make the process as easy as possible for you by placing orders on your behalf.
Lil’ Brew Bird loves to stretch her wings and flies all over central North Carolina. Anything outside of 30 miles of Hillsborough and we’ll tag on travel chargers. But don’t worry, it will all be outlined in your custom proposal. Start the process now by requesting a quote!
Of course! Lil’ Brew Bird carries general liability insurance for all events, and liquor liability insurance for when you hire us as Bartenders as well. Certificates available upon request.
While NC does not require any type of licensing to serve alcohol, we ensure that all of our Bartenders have completed Responsible Alcohol Server Training from the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
Well, it depends. Talk to your venue or event planner. See the ABC General Permit Information page for more information. Generally, if only beer and wine is being served at no charge to your guests over the age of 21 years old at a free event and you have the permission of the owner of the premises to serve alcohol on their premises, then it is not necessary to obtain an ABC permit. For cocktails, the host is responsible for obtaining the required ABC permit. But don't worry! We'll guide you through the process.
