About Grace & Blooms

Grace & Blooms

NC Wedding Florist

Grace & Blooms began from a simple love for flowers and people. I’ve always been drawn to the way flowers can say something without words — how they show care, celebrate love, and make moments feel special. Creating wedding florals is something I truly love, and it’s never lost on me how meaningful it is to be trusted with such an important day. I don’t take that lightly. Every wedding I design is approached with intention and gratitude, with the hope that each couple feels cared for, supported, and excited throughout the process.

What sets Grace & Blooms apart is the heart behind the work. I care deeply about the people I’m designing for, not just the end result. I take time to listen, understand what matters most to you, and create florals that feel thoughtful and true to your story. I show up calmly and fully on your wedding day, handling the details so you can be present and enjoy it.

Grace & Blooms serves couples throughout North Carolina and is available for select destination celebrations as well. Because every wedding is unique, delivery, setup, and travel fees are customized based on location, floral volume, and installation needs. Any applicable fees will always be clearly outlined in your proposal so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes. Grace & Blooms accepts a limited number of weddings each season and has a minimum investment depending on the scope of floral design, delivery, and installation needs. This allows me to offer each couple a thoughtful, personalized experience and ensure every floral detail is designed with the care and intention it deserves.
Consultations typically last about 1 hour, though larger weddings may take up to 2 hours depending on floral scope. This is a time for us to connect, thoughtfully walk through your vision, and begin shaping florals that feel beautifully aligned with your wedding day. We’ll talk through your style, color palette, venue, floral priorities, and the overall atmosphere you want your flowers to bring to your celebration. I encourage you to bring any inspiration you’ve gathered, including your floral budget, venue photos, attire, Pinterest board, or other imagery. Afterward, I’ll create a custom floral proposal and email it to you for review.
Yes, breakdown services can be included depending on the floral needs of your wedding day. If you would like Grace & Blooms to return for personal flower cleanup or larger floral installation breakdown, that can be incorporated into your proposal based on your event needs.
It’s never too early to reach out about your wedding flowers. Some couples inquire a year or more in advance, while others connect closer to their date once plans begin coming together. I recommend reaching out once you have your date and venue secured, along with a general idea of your style, guest count, and floral needs. This gives us a thoughtful starting point for the design process, and popular spring and fall dates often book early.
Yes. Each couple receives a custom floral proposal that includes design direction and curated visual renderings to help bring the overall vision to life. Because flowers are seasonal and naturally vary, these visuals are intended to reflect the style, palette, and floral movement of your designs rather than serve as exact replicas. For select weddings, additional mockups may be discussed closer to the wedding date when seasonal availability is clearer.
Seasonality is an important part of the design process, and I’m always happy to guide you toward blooms that are not only beautiful, but also well suited for your wedding season. During planning, we’ll talk through your preferences and select flowers that align with your vision while also working with what is freshest and most available. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
Grace & Blooms offers select styling elements and floral-related décor depending on the needs of your wedding day. This may include items such as candles, vessels, or other floral styling pieces. We can talk through what you need during the proposal process and determine what best complements your overall design.
Grace & Blooms does not currently offer in-house floral preservation. However, I’m always happy to share trusted preservation recommendations when possible so you can explore ways to preserve your bouquet or other meaningful floral pieces after your wedding day.
