I believe the email on file is your husband's email, so if you don't see it in your inbox, maybe see if it's in his? First, I want to thank you so much for your order with us and for your feedback. It's really important for us to learn and grow! Thank you for taking the time. We work with clients via two different formats: full service and a la carte. Our full service clients receive a custom planning experience with an individualized proposal. We love providing this level of detail, but we can only offer it for orders over $4,000. But we don't want to turn people away! That's why we have our a la carte shop for smaller orders. You booked your flowers through our a la carte shop, which we call our Wedding & Celebration Shop. This online platform makes it possible for us to work with clients who need a small order. The self-service format is also more affordable for the client. You pay at least 20% less then full service clients because we don't charge you any planning fees. However, we don't offer the same level of planning and communication that we do for full-service clients. Still, we hope the option for communication is there if you need it by phone and by email. We are available. I'll take a look and see if there are more ways we can communicate our availability to a la carte clients. Thank you for letting me know you found it confusing. For a la carte clients, we are committed to matching colors to what's desired. You asked us to create an order with white, blue and green. We used both light blue and dark blue flowers in your order since it said blue. I am sorry you didn't prefer the darker blue. In our industry, we do not call that particular color purple, but everyone's eyes are different. It is a deep blue, and I can see why you might think it is purple. I want you to know we really were trying to honor your request for blue. We did make a mistake in incorporating a small pink filler flower in your bridal bouquet. While most of the flowers were white and blue, this pink flower was there too, mistakenly. I am sorry about this! The flower we used is called sedum, and it changes from green to pink this time of year. We wrote a recipe for your bouquet two weeks ago when we were planning your flowers. At that time, sedum was green. It changed to pink over the past two weeks. We should have caught the color change before it went in the bouquet. I am sorry we didn't catch the error, and I wish we could have fixed it when you picked up. (But I know you might have sent someone else to pick up.) For future clients reading this, we do want you to know we are committed to righting any errors if you bring them to our attention. We believe these errors are few and far between.
