We offer mobile bartender services from our custom built Teardrop Tap and multiple mobile bars. Ice cold beer from any keg size, craft cocktails, and your choice of wine. We love weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties. We love to travel and are fully licensed and insured.
We have 4 working taps that fit any size keg for any size party or gathering. We also offer multiple mobile bars for any size space and location. Completely customizeable from decor to alcohol selection., based on client needs. Two bartenders are always included with experience and great customer service.

The Wanderer

A 7 ft custom black cedar bar on discreet wheels, offering easy portability and setup. Features an LED sign and lighting. Rolls in and out of most spaces with ease. Serves beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. (Custom LED bar sign available as an add-on.)

Nice guy, but ran into some issues
He was super nice, however we had a package for two bartenders and one of them was not old enough to serve liquor (only beer and wine) and we were under the impression that both of them would be able to serve liquor. They also did not clean up afterwards so the venue had to bus for them.

Apologies for what you think happened, but your father changed the order the morning of the wedding and wanted 2 bars instead of 1. In order to control liquor consumption, we had a beer and wine bar and cocktail bar. Beer and wine inside, cocktails outside, your coordinator wasn’t even aware of the two bar usage. The other bartender is definitely well of age but handled the beer and wine bar, plus going to purchase all he extra supplies for the 90 minuets of extra service. All of which you weren’t even charged for. I truly hope this clears up your thoughts of what occurred and you and your guests had a wonderful reception!

We booked Wandering Bars well in advance and their initial communication was professional, but getting in touch with them closer to the wedding day proved challenging. While the staff was polite when they arrived, they showed up late to our rehearsal dinner and forgot to bring one of our chosen liquors, which was really embarrassing since this happened during cocktail hour at our reception. They also brought wine even though we had specifically told them not to, which made it clear their organization needed work. Communication felt inconsistent throughout the planning process, and we wish they had been more detail-oriented with our requests. For a service that requires precision and reliability, we expected better execution on the day that mattered most to us.
Kyle Duncan•Jun 22, 2026Hey Caitlyn, thank you for feed back! It is greatly appreciated! I do agree the communication was a little wishy washy, mainly from the rehearsal dinner. I never even had confirmation from the Grooms family, a contract in place, or a deposit, so the rehearsal dinner we were flying by the seat of our pants, and brought wine (which you didn’t pay for I did) as a back up or just incase we missed something. As far as missing liquor? We did not forget or miss any liquor, we went out and bought 3 extra 1.75 size bottles after running out and didn’t charge you for those. I apologize you thought we didn’t meet our 1 agreement for your wedding and I hope this reply sheds a little light, on your thoughts on how we performed at both of your events. I truly hope you and your guests still had a wonderful time at the rehearsal and wedding!

Amazing!
Wandering Bars was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication was spot on and fast, which took a lot of stress off us during the planning process. The quality of their work and value was absolutely amazing - they worked so well with all of our guests, and took away the stress of having to plan the drinks and handle the set up and clean up. The team had an amazing attitude and were very respectful of the fact that my husband and I wanted a private last dance. I cannot recommend Wandering Bars highly enough for any couple looking for exceptional bar services and beverages for their wedding day!

Amazing bartender and bar for our wedding!!!
Kyle, who owns wandering bars, did an amazing job at our wedding! His setup was absolutely beautiful and the alcohol was just perfect, everything we talked about! It was truly amazing to see all the months of talking and ironing out details come to light in just a day! He was always understanding and so easy to work with. His pricing was quite affordable and was always doing his best to meet my expectations! Kyle gave me over 110% and I’m so thankful for that! We most certainly will continue to use his services and look forward to seeing you again! Thank you so much Kyle! You did an amazing job and we can’t thank you enough. If anyone is looking for a bartender with reasonable prices, professionalism, and great communication skills for a wedding or honestly anything, I will always absolutely recommend wandering bars!!!
