Exquisite Experience Venue, LLC was created with the goal of providing an elegant and intimate space for clients to host events in the Chapel Hill area. EEV provides an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for all clients while providing great customer service and a variety of services to clients. As a minority-owned business, we encourage local businesses to partner with other minority-owned and small businesses to better the community and offer an Exquisite Experience.

The venue space can accommodate 100 people comfortably with standing room only. Seated with combination of 4 ft. tables, 48 inch round, cocktail tables may include 60-75 people depending on set up style. Lecture style with only presenter table may accommodate 60-80 people.
A $250 non refundable deposit is required to reserve any date for an event. An application also must be completed after deposit is paid.
A $150 set up fee applies if host desires assistance with setting up chairs and tables before and after the event. Host must present the space back to the staff or owner in the condition and set up initially provided.
Any client may choose to cancel or reschedule an event, but no refunds are provided on balances paid in full. Exquisite Experience Venue is willing to work diligently to help the host reschedule the event at no cost based upon availabilities on calendar.
Yes, we can provide all services listed above and additional fees apply. We also allow clients to bring in their own food and/or caterer, DJ, decorations etc. However, ALL alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed/certified bartender. See owner for more details and requirements.
Yes, we can accommodate guests for events after 9 p.m., but the host is required to hire our preferred event security and purchase event insurance coverage.
