We are conveniently located to all areas in the Research Triangle Park, Orange, Person and Alamance counties in North Carolina.

The All Inclusive Package is customizable, yet the basic package includes use of the indoor and outdoor event spaces, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, bartenders, waitstaff, parking attendant, decorations, bridal suite, grooms cabin and honeymoon suite, all set up and take down of decorations and tables for reception, event planner and day of coordinator.
Ceremony and Cocktail Reception

This elegant cocktail style reception is the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends allowing the couple to mingle freely with guests. The waitstaff pass Hors D'Oeuvres on silver platters, as the guest enjoy a sip of their preferred beverage from the bar. Following wedding party photographs, the dance floor opens and the evening continues. The celebrations draws to a close with the cutting of the wedding cake and a champagne toast to send the couple on there way.

We provide the space for you to bring your vision to life. Package includes the use of the indoor and outdoor spaces for 4 hours set up on Friday, 6 hours for the wedding and reception on Saturday and 2 hours for clean up on Sunday. Tables and chairs per guest count. Parking attendant for 1 hour.

Wonderful Venue and Value
We looked at quite a few local venues and this is both one of the best and by far the best value. Elizabeth (the owner) and her family add immense value by being the day-of coordinators and all the labor you need to put on a wonderful event. They are organized and wonderful to work with, the location is beautiful and they even built a new outdoor awning because it was likely to rain on our wedding (but it did not). Theres a comfortable little cabin you can spend the night in afterwards. There are wonderful locations for photo-ops and the interior of the barn is very bright and nice feeling even during the summer. To top it all off for this service and value their price is better than many similar venues of a similar size with dark barns and no services provided (requiring you to hire lots of extra people to host an event). It really made our wedding financially possible and it was a beautiful and well executed event.

After visiting several venues in the area, we knew The Barn at Blue Rock Farm was going to be our place when we first met Elizabeth. Her genuine and helpful communication style, along with her passion for creating a magical day, was evident from our very first meeting. The Barn offered a rustic yet elevated vibe with the collection of antique and vintage furniture - which was exactly what we were looking for. The friendly staff and all-inclusive packages allowed us to truly enjoy our special day with a personal touch that we couldn't find anywhere else. Elizabeth also expertly created all our flower arrangements and bouquets which added to the romantic atmosphere for this special day. We are so grateful to the team at Blue Rock Farm for making our wedding day perfect.

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding at The Barn at Blue Rock Farm. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was in constant communication with us, ensuring that every detail was accounted for. The venue itself is an intimate setting with a beautiful outdoor area, making it an affordable option for couples looking for a unique and picturesque location. While there is no air conditioning, the venue has plenty of fans that kept us cool and comfortable throughout the event. One of our favorite things about working with The Barn at Blue Rock Farm was the flexibility they offered - we were able to bring in our own catering, beverage service, and decorator, which allowed us to personalize the day exactly how we wanted. Elizabeth was also incredibly accommodating, jumping in to help with our day-of coordinator services at the last minute when we needed her. The pricing was reasonable, and the expectations were well communicated from the start, making the entire planning process a breeze. We highly recommend The Barn at Blue Rock Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, customizable, and affordable wedding venue about one hour away from Raleigh.

Blue Rock Farm is such a beautiful and peaceful place to get married. Elizabeth helped us so much with the flowers, decorations and flow of the day. She is able to answer all your questions and is very detailed to ensure you have everything you imagined. I loved how bright and airy the venue is and the view to the pond with all the flowers blooming. I would definitely recommend Blue Rock Farm for any special occasion, time spent here creates memories that last a life time.
