Since 2008, I have set out to help my clients and their guests get their party on! Since the start, I have applied my experience from a decade of working in radio and my degree in Communications to making events the best-run and most fun I possibly can. I want you to enjoy your time with guests, and I want what I do to add to that enjoyment. I love working with people to create experiences that are truly reflections of themselves, their guests, and their events.     Great Dude!

    Matt was very easy to work with! You can digitally link spotify or apple music into the DJ Planning Center that he utilizes. It breaks down the certain songs that you will need - such as, prelude, processionals, recessionals, cocktail, etc.

    Fantastic Wedding DJ

Typically anywhere from 1.5-3hrs prior to the first need of the event (e.g. prior to time to start playing music for guests who are arriving to the wedding ceremony). This is based on the estimated time required for setup.
Professional and fun!
I provide dance floor lighting in all of my packages.
Anywhere within 59 miles of North Augusta, SC is included in my packages. My fee to travel further varies on gas prices, but should be approx. $25-$30 for each additional 59 miles. Lodging for at least the night of the wedding date is required for 150-200 mile travel, two night's lodging for the night before and the night of the wedding date for 201-300 mile travel, and anything beyond that can be discussed further in our consultation. Lodging costs are subject to average hotel rates in the area and/or any arranged deals of the clients for vendors/guests.
I do not charge sales taxes as a service provider. Gratuity is welcome in its place, but is not required.
I am not in regular working relationships with any musicians, but I can reach out to some or recommend names to you depending on if I have someone to recommend for what is needed.
My typical attire is a golf shirt with light or dark-colored khakis or slacks and dress shoes. I am typically behind the DJ booth most of the event, aside from walking around for some pictures, video, food, etc. If another type of attire is preferred, we can discuss this when consulting and I will do my best to accommodate.
As a wedding DJ since 2008 with a decade of radio experience, I know a variety of music and may have an ear for mixing songs together that others may not. Each DJ has their own ways of approaching their performances, and the end result is what you experience. While there are plenty of excellent choices, I feel my experience and knowledge of a wide variety of songs makes me stand out.
