About this venue

Best of Chapel Hill Event Space! We are a beautiful setting of 60 private acres located less than 5 miles to downtown Chapel Hill, NC, very close to all the hotels, restaurants, only 30 minutes to RDU Airport, and yes, Uber/Lyft and large shuttle buses come to our farm.  We include all your Wedding Planning, Event Management, all your décor, tables, chairs, centerpiece items, and we design and print your wedding stationery and signage. We're here every step of the way to bring your wedding vision to life!  Our Barn is 7,000 sq. ft., rustic, yet refined, and includes an elegant and spacious Dressing Suite, a separate modern Log Cabin for an additional dressing suite, gourmet kitchen, spacious restrooms. Enjoy our 3,000 sq ft terrace with stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, and an incredible 360 view of pristine gardens. Historic barns and lavender fields set on 60 private acres of majestic forest less than 5 miles to the best hotels, restaurants, and more!

This space features 7,000 sq ft of space, a beautiful bridal suite, spacious restrooms, gourmet kitchen, retreat room, a 1,000 sq ft loft, and an adjacent 3,000 sq ft outdoor patio with stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, and 4,000 lavender plants. Our adjacent Pavilion Barn is 1,350 sq ft and is the perfect setting for a ceremony, cocktail hour, outdoor dinner, and with a solid covered roof it is an excellent rain contingency space.
