Choosing a photographer for your wedding day is a huge decision, I get it! These photos are going to be your only reminder of how heartfelt and incredible it all was. So you'll want to make sure you hire someone that you really connect with, enjoying being around, and trust to capture everything in a way that really reflects the feeling of the day. When I'm not photographing weddings, you can usually find me in the middle of a home renovation project, cooking new recipes with my husband, or hosting a game night in our home with friends and family. Any Settlers of Catan or Ticket to Ride fans out there?

With me, you’re not only hiring someone to document your events and details seamlessly. You’re also getting a photographer who is going to capture all the emotional moments as well as the traditional ones. I want you to have both the romantic portraits and the detail-oriented telling of your story because every couple is unique, and your wedding photos should be too. Other things that set me apart from other photographers is my timeless editing so that your photos never go out of style, I give all my couples a Wedding Planning Guide chuck full of photography tips, I'm very organized/detail-oriented, and have a fast turnaround time.

    The best experience!

    We had the BEST experience with Hillary! She did such an incredible job capturing the essence of our wedding weekend, and we appreciated her calming, upbeat presence. We loved the combination of formal, candid, and detailed shots as well as film and regular photography. Her team worked seamlessly with our other vendors and operated unobtrusively within our timeline without compromising any of the shots that we wanted. She is so lovely to work with, and we couldn't recommend her more highly!

    A truly incredible artist and human!

    Working with Hillary is like being around a human anti-anxiety pill. She's an amazing communicator, can think on the fly without breaking a sweat like nobody's business and is an absolutely incredible fine art photographer. Her eye is INSANE. I've learned so much from her and would recommend her to anyone for any type of portrait and wedding photography.

    Old Soul? Hire HMP!

    Hillary is the absolute BEST photographer I have ever had the privilege of working with. She communicates quickly and effectively, goes the extra mile whenever possible, and provides ultra-high quality work product.
