A little about me: I grew up in North Carolina, moved to Florida, and now I am back in North Carolina. When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me lounging at home with my two Aussies (because, let’s be honest, they run my household). Dogs are my world, which is why I’m always equipped with at least two lint rollers during every shoot (I’ve pretty much achieved Master Lint Roller status by now). Every moment is special and worth capturing, and my job is to help tell your story in a way that honors your love and feelings for one another.

I am here to capture your big events: weddings, engagements, and maternity, but I also love to photograph those “just because” moments. From the moment we chat for a consultation, my job is to help you tell your story the way you want it to be told. I am all in for you, and I will be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way. I am excited to hear about your story and to tell that story though photos.

The Most Incredible Photographer!!

One of the best decisions we made during our wedding was to work with Blythe, she was one of the first vendors we hired and came as a recommendation from a friend. When she arrived to my bridal suite, I immediately felt a sense of calm, and trust that she would help capture our day as we had pictured. She truly went above and beyond on our wedding day, she wasn't just our photographer, but my dress bustle expert, veil placer, hairpin carrier, bouquet carrier, dress and veil fluffer, she even grabbed a napkin and took my husband's gum out of his mouth. She communicated on the day of with my other vendors immediately, whenever I saw that something was missing or out of place. Truly our wedding day would have not run as smoothly without her. When I needed her she was right there in seconds, and during other portions of the wedding, I hardly even noticed she was there snapping photos so we truly got to enjoy our day without being constantly pulled for posed photos. All of our family members and friends kept commenting to us how incredible she was without ever even seeing any of the photos. She truly was the biggest gift to have on one of the biggest days of our lives. We only wish we could work with her again and again. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU SO MUCH Blythe, we loved working with you and can't wait to work with you again in the future. Blythe Eland Photography was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, Blythe's communication was prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful - she answered every question I had, even the most random ones like the best deodorant to wear! On the day of, Blythe and her 2nd shooter anticipated our every need and worked seamlessly through some challenging weather conditions, including a hurricane and some intense humidity, all while staying organized and upbeat. The quality of their work was simply outstanding and we feel we got incredible value for every penny spent. Blythe's fun, genuine, and sweet personality also made her a joy to have by our side on our special day. We are over the moon with our wedding photos and cannot recommend Blythe Eland Photography highly enough!

Blythe Eland Photography was a joy to work with for our wedding day. From the first moment we spoke with Blythe, she was so easy and pleasant to communicate with - she knew exactly what she was doing so we could just show up and she would handle everything with grace and ease.
