“We are so glad we used Second Song for our wedding! The whole process was super easy and whenever we had a question or wanted to update something (like add more uplights, which was a great addition btw) we always got a prompt and helpful reply. And our DJ Rob Goodmonson! We cannot thank him enough for the amazing work he did at our wedding! We loved his energy and all of his questions that he had for us during our phone call consultation. I in particular am very grateful that he was so willing to help me with a special song request which required mixing bits from two songs together for my Father-Daughter dance. He was more than up for the challenge and was so helpful with it! When it came to the actual wedding, he was so kind when introducing himself on our wedding day and did a beautiful job MCing. We wanted more minimal MC work and he nailed it perfectly! He was also super flexible with last minute announcement requests that we had. For example, we realized no one was noticing the anniversary cards we put out for signing at the dinner tables, so we asked him to make a little announcement about it and he did great doing that on the spot! Finally, the music all night was absolutely fantastic. He really listened to what we wanted and he delivered! The music felt very much like “us” and we had so much fun dancing all night long. Everyone kept talking about how great he was and several people said it was the best wedding music they have ever heard. If we ever need a DJ again, without a doubt, we will be hiring DJ Rob!”

“Miggy with Amplify was the perfect choice for our wedding day. On multiple occasions Miggy went above and beyond what was asked of him. “Jorge from Sound Event DJs played at 2 of our son’s weddings and was absolutely fantastic, and we were fortunate to get him for my husband’s 70th birthday party. It’s now been a week, and our guests are still talking about the great music and DJ. Although we had chosen songs to play on Sound Event DJ’s easy planning website, only a good DJ knows which ones to actually play and when to play them. Jorge totally read the crowd, understood their culture (mainly Caribbean) and knew the timing…when to play the fast songs and slow ones, and when to mix them up to keep everyone on the dance floor.
