    Bride

    Rachel and her harpist were absolutely amazing. They made our wedding day feel so special and unique, and truly brought our vision to life. Originally, we considered using a Spotify playlist, and we are *so* glad we didn’t. Having them there made such a difference. So many of our guests said that it felt like they were in Bridgerton! The quality of the music and the overall atmosphere they created was perfect and added such an elegant, magical vibe to the entire day. They were also incredibly sweet, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend them more!

    Perfection

    Rachel is a wonderful artist. She and her harpist friend learned new music for my day, arrived early, and provided a microphone and speakers for my officiant. She was easy to communicate with prior to my wedding and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a live musician.

    Incredible music for our intimate wedding

    Rachel was an incredible professional to work with when we were planning our music for our wedding. She recommended her colleague Harrison to play piano to form a duo and between the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception they helped us add a flare to our intimate wedding and give it the dinner party vibe we were looking for. Her communication was fast and she has a great creative process to help make each song flow into the next. She has a wide range of pieces to perform from current hits to timeless classics that enhanced our special day in a meaningful way, my husband loved the stars wars tunes! I highly recommend Rachel to any couple looking for a talented, musician who will go above and beyond to make your wedding celebration unforgettable, she is such a sweet person to work with!

    Book w/ Rachel!! You won't regret it!

    Rachel was amazing! She was so kind, great at communication, and very easy to work with. I loved that she had such a wide variety of songs to choose from on her song list. She already knew every song that I had previously picked out, and her song list gave me even more great suggestions. Her song list included a variety of genres like country, classics, R&B, and even Christian songs, which is exactly what I had envisioned for my reception. I wanted more upbeat/pop, Bridgerton vibes for my cocktail hour, and she knew a ton of songs that fit this vibe. She was on time, looked professional, and played beautifully. I received so many compliments about how beautiful her playing was. I had always dreamed of having a violinist play at my wedding, and I’m so glad I did because it was well worth it. Our standard attire is all black or white tops with black bottoms, with dressiness adjusted to complement your event. If a requested color is not part of our existing wardrobe, our standard fallback is classic black. If the requested attire requires costs beyond our standard costuming budget, any additional expense will be discussed and approved before being added to your invoice. Cultural & Themed Events: For cultural, religious, or highly themed celebrations, please share any specific attire expectations or visual references with us.
You may request up to three songs that are not currently on my repertoire list, subject to sheet music availability. I intentionally limit custom requests in order to deliver a polished, confident performance on your wedding day. If sheet music needs to be sourced, there may be a small additional cost, typically $4–$15. For songs requiring a custom arrangement, they typically range from $25–$125. I’ll provide the arrangement fee for your approval before proceeding. Custom requests must be approved at least 60 days prior to your event so I have plenty of time to prepare and polish each selection.

* A covered performance area is required for outdoor performances. * A designated rain plan needs to be communicated at least 24-48 hours in advance. * Outdoor performance temperatures must be between 55°F and 90°F. * For cold temps, providing a heat lamp will be sufficient. * For warm temps, providing a large cooling fan should be sufficient. * A stable, reasonably level surface is required. * Please provide one armless chair per musician at each performance location. If you’re unsure whether your planned setup will work, feel free to send me a photo. I’m always happy to help explore options.

We want our musicians’ presentation to be respectful of your traditions and thoughtfully aligned with your vision.
Yes - I am able to provide a COI to Venues who require them.
Typically, I arrive 30-90 before hand to set up depending on the complexity of the setup needed.
Travel fees apply after a 20 mile distance from Altamonte Springs, FL. Travel is .80 per mile round trip. Hotel fees apply to any event that is more than 2 hours drive and/or late at night.
I am NOT a traditional DJ, nor do I do MC work. I DO offer to keep my speaker setup for additional hours if you would like to create and send me a playlist to put on for you to extend the reception time $150 per hour. I can have a mic on a stand available if you have a friend/family willing to do MC announcements. ***NO Guests, vendors, venues, family or clients are allowed to use our equipment or instruments for any reason with the only exception being a photo/video professional grabbing line out audio for their recording device. They must ask before proceeding.
