Between they’re prompt response for any questions we might have had, the upfront pricing, the guidebook, we were left feeling like we could tackle this wedding with no issues! But the real reason for that is the people! Bri is amazing, there isn’t anyone else I could imagine to trust to run the show like she did! Curt always had an answer for any question we came up with, Krissy was amazing, she paid special attention to my elderly grandparents, and they have been raving about her since the wedding! Mark was who we planned the music with, and the meetings we had with him were clear and concise and amazing to nail that all down, but when it came to the night of, we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ, Patrick was fantastic! The best! He knew how to get the crowd out on the floor and keep them there! As a fellow artist that loves the play of light and shade, the sunlight streaming through the trees, the true colors of nature, the way the breeze blows a lock of hair as a groom kisses his bride, I love to see her photography. As a makeup artist I’m also interested in seeing the photos of the faces of the bridal party so I can make sure my craft translates well in pictures, and appreciate when a photographer shares them with me. I still remember a photo from a wedding that was simply the couple seated at their sweetheart table at dinner and photographed from behind through a rustic grey barn door; you couldn’t see their faces but it was so visually beautiful with the grey rough wood juxtaposed with the back of the elegant lace gown as they were holding hands during the reception I still haven’t forgotten it. It was a moment no one else would ever have seen and perhaps the couple may have other forgotten, except Jessica captured that little moment in time. I feel that a couple will treasure the beautiful naturally posed photos she does, but will also especially remember their joy of their wedding day with a photo like that. Jessica is personable, kind, punctual and helps the couples to enjoy the photo taking session. “We couldn't be more pleased with our wedding at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake! This venue is part of the CT Wedding Group and they are truly experts at what they do! Aesthetically, the venue is GORGEOUS. We loved the fact that we could have the best of both worlds--both inside and outside--for our wedding day. It was perfect! The outdoor ceremony space is intimate and romantic with a canopy of trees, garden lights, and a gazebo. The indoor reception area is just as intimate and has beautiful windows overlooking the lake. There are many different ways you can add on decor to make the inside as "dolled up" as you want. We also got ready for the day on the property at the Lake Cottage. Having been to multiple weddings where the wedding party had to get shuffled from one place to the next, we knew how much simpler and less stressful things would be if we could eliminate all of that. The Cottage is super cute and had everything we needed! Choosing a wedding venue was challenging, but there were a few things that set The Pavilion apart from the others. First, the food. From the beginning, we came to understand that the CT Wedding Group is very "food forward." They pride themselves on their high-quality food, presentation, and the fact that couples don't have to pick and choose options to save money--so much is just included. And simply put: the food was INCREDIBLE. The 10 passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. We added on "The Farm Stand" which was the most elaborate charcuterie board anyone has ever seen. The dinner entrees were out of this world and dessert was divine. Every guest continues to rave to us about the food! It did not disappoint! Another thing that set apart this venue was the team of people. Once we signed the contract, we were on board with the CT Wedding Group and part of their little family. This group of people took such good care of us throughout the whole planning process! People ask if we hired a coordinator, and it was hard to answer because we had a whole TEAM of coordinators. They kept us on a schedule, made sure we were checking off things on our to-do list, hosting Zoom meetings, and were available to talk whenever we needed. Since our emails/texts went to an entire group of people, it meant we had rapid responses. Also, we never felt like any question was too small, nor any request too big. They were so kind to us and we felt extremely well cared for. Last but not least, the CT Wedding Group provides a day-of coordinator, which was amazing. By the time the day of your wedding rolls around, you will be done with decision making. All you want is to show up and have everyone tell you what to do! Our coordinator, Dimitri, was great. We knew we were in good hands and he made sure the day ran so smoothly. He also made sure we had exactly what we needed at every point in the day/night. We had no stress on our wedding day because of this! All in all, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. If not this venue, then any of the other CT Wedding Group properties. Our guests loved our wedding and so did we. You will have the BEST day!”

“Evergreen Farms was an amazing place to host our wedding weekend. Not only is the venue rustic, up and coming, and classic, the owners Jess and Mike are there for you from ever before you book with them, throughout the whole planning process, and during your wedding day. For us, their help on our wedding day went above and beyond. Our wedding day was filled with severe thunderstorm warnings and during our reception as it was down pouring, Jess and Mike were outside preventing flooding with shopvacs and sandbags so our caterers could enter and leave safely. All of this happened behind the scenes. What drew us for the venue from the beginning was the ability to have the venue for the whole weekend - afternoon on Friday through early Sunday morning. We were able to host our rehearsal dinner, set up early on Friday and then breakdown our items on Sunday morning which eased up our stress quite a bit. Our guests were in awe of the beauty of the venue. My husband and I couldn’t recommend Evergreen Farms more for your special day.”

As a kid growing up in the 90s, barbies, Polly pocket, basically any doll that allowed you to customize the hairstyle…you name it, I had it. Picture this tiny girl holding a barbie styling head, running as fast as her 7 year old nugget legs would carry her. All to show her mom the “twist braid” hairstyle she spent hours “creating”. “Meghan was an actual blessing on our wedding. We got married in Maine and I had previously found someone more local to do my hair. To say that initial test with the other person was disappointing would be a gross understatement. I have very thin hair and as such bought extensions. The other person said she couldn't use all of them, and the ones she did use pulled on my hair and scalp in such a painful way that I couldn't wear them for more than an hour or so and the style looked thin and fried. Enter Meghan. Given the exact same tools and accessories she worked actual magic. She gave me wedding hair better than I ever could've imagined or dreamed of. I asked for wild and witchy and romantic and she delivered tenfold. It was so comfortable and long-lasting and I got nothing but compliments on it and she did such a good job integrating the extensions that no one believed it wasn't my real hair. She gave recommendations for which extensions to get and what products to use to prep my hair and was all around amazing. She even helped my groom with his hair last minute on the day of and he looked fabulous too. Meghan was such a joy to be around and was so sweet and kind and helpful and talented that I wish I could get married again just to use her. She's a gem and I will recommend her to anyone who asks and everyone who doesn't ask.”

“Your wedding day is a day you want to remember for the rest of your life and relive over and over again after spending months planning your perfect day. We are so happy that we decided to work with Chad as he provided us with a video that we could not be happier with capturing every detail! Chad and Samantha arrived at the church early to set up and hook up the groom with a wireless mic which captured every word during the ceremony. Throughout the day, we felt like we were always on the move and Chad and Samantha were always in the best spot to capture all our moments and details. When we received our teaser trailer (like 2 days after our wedding!) we noticed so many candid moments that were captured, such as the groom casually playing with the wedding ring. And when we reviewed our final video we were so impressed with how Chad cut together the moments of our day, timed the transitions to the music perfectly, and even adjusted the speed of some moments to create artful transitions between a fast-passed song and our first slower dance. We trusted Chad to capture our special day and he did not disappoint. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was even able to incorporate some of our wedding photos into the video and it came out amazing! Throughout the process, Chad always responded quickly via e-mail and kept us updated on his progress. He was so patient in working with us and is all about making his customers happy. Before finalizing our video, he sent us a copy of it and asked for our feedback. The video was amazing, and we couldn’t stop watching it on repeat. After taking in all the special moments, admiring Chad’s attention to detail, and enjoying how the video paired with the audio and music so perfectly and creatively, we had a few requests. We noticed that a few special moments to us were missing from the first cut, so we asked Chad if he could add it in. He responded right away and was able to update the video with no issues quickly. It’s nice to work with someone who is a true professional and has an eye for detail. We are so lucky to be able to relive our perfect day for the rest of our life with a huge smile on our faces and a happy tear once in while ! Thank you, Chad!!”

“We got married at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA in June 2024, and we had such a great experience! The place is made up of a few buildings- my (now) husband was getting ready in one building and I in another. Tony was great with communication; he kept me posted about when he was on his way, when he got to my husband's room, and when he was coming to my room. He was also quick to send sneak peak pics! We told him we didn't like posed pictures, we only wanted a few with our family and wedding party, and then to take the rest of us just being us. The pictures were great! We got the posed photos we wanted, and he was great about my idea of the wedding party being chased by a blow-up dinosaur (seriously)! The rest of the photos were wonderful, just all of us having a good time; he captured them so well! He was very professional and he made the time doing the posed pictures fun. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tony for your event!”

Such a unique flavor: blueberry lemon lavender. They provided us with buffet style—honey glazed salmon, chicken cutlets, string beans, and a salad with this phenomenal home made dressing!!! Favorite dessert was the mini cheesecake bites. The rustic decor and naked styled cake was exactly our vision. Kelli was very attentive to our needs from checking in while I was getting ready and providing drinks and hors d’oeuvres and guiding us through the transitions of the wedding. We got rain towards the end of the evening and the team did such a good job covering and moving tables and decor around. We didn’t have to lift a finger. They cleaned up fast at the end too. Kelli’s kitchen is the quickest yet most organized catering service we’ve ever had! Thank you Kelli and team for making our night so special and tasteful!”
