Amazing Experience
From the moment we started planning our wedding at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake, the team at CT Wedding Group was incredibly timely and helpful in their communication. Their attention to detail and ability to juggle all the moving pieces of our special day was truly impressive. The venue itself was GORGEOUS - the ease of set up and break down made the day go so smoothly. And the food? 10/10! We are out of state and planned this wedding from CA, and we wouldn't have had such a success without the amazing day-of coordinator, Shannon. I could not recommend this venue and CT Wedding Group more highly. Our 10/10 experience was truly unforgettable.
2025 wedding!
The venue is extremely beautiful and we had the pleasure of having our wedding here! Everyone was accommodating! We planned our wedding all the way from Chicago and not once did they stop communicating with me! They always kept me updated and would contact me with new information. They were also so nice about zoom meeting since I lived so far away! I’m also extremely thankful for Shannon our wedding coordinator! She kept up with our schedule even when we had huge set backs. She made sure I ate and requested for no one to come up while I ate. She took on that role and told everyone to wait until I was done. The way she was so accommodating to our needs the day of the wedding means so much to us! Thank you Shannon you are the very best! The food is amazing!!!!
Pavilion on Crystal Lake
The Pavilion on Crystal Lake was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, the team was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. They made the planning process a breeze and were amazing in every part of helping to set up our special day. The venue itself offered so many beautiful and unique backdrops for our photos, from the lush gardens to the lakefront views. And the food - wow! Our guests raved about the mac and cheese bar and donut wall, and said it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. We are so grateful to the Pavilion team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.
What a spot for a wedding!
We couldn't be more pleased with our wedding at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake! This venue is part of the CT Wedding Group and they are truly experts at what they do! Aesthetically, the venue is GORGEOUS. We loved the fact that we could have the best of both worlds--both inside and outside--for our wedding day. It was perfect! The outdoor ceremony space is intimate and romantic with a canopy of trees, garden lights, and a gazebo. The indoor reception area is just as intimate and has beautiful windows overlooking the lake. There are many different ways you can add on decor to make the inside as "dolled up" as you want. We also got ready for the day on the property at the Lake Cottage. Having been to multiple weddings where the wedding party had to get shuffled from one place to the next, we knew how much simpler and less stressful things would be if we could eliminate all of that. The Cottage is super cute and had everything we needed! Choosing a wedding venue was challenging, but there were a few things that set The Pavilion apart from the others. First, the food. From the beginning, we came to understand that the CT Wedding Group is very "food forward." They pride themselves on their high-quality food, presentation, and the fact that couples don't have to pick and choose options to save money--so much is just included. And simply put: the food was INCREDIBLE. The 10 passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. We added on "The Farm Stand" which was the most elaborate charcuterie board anyone has ever seen. The dinner entrees were out of this world and dessert was divine. Every guest continues to rave to us about the food! It did not disappoint! Another thing that set apart this venue was the team of people. Once we signed the contract, we were on board with the CT Wedding Group and part of their little family. This group of people took such good care of us throughout the whole planning process! People ask if we hired a coordinator, and it was hard to answer because we had a whole TEAM of coordinators. They kept us on a schedule, made sure we were checking off things on our to-do list, hosting Zoom meetings, and were available to talk whenever we needed. Since our emails/texts went to an entire group of people, it meant we had rapid responses. Also, we never felt like any question was too small, nor any request too big. They were so kind to us and we felt extremely well cared for. Last but not least, the CT Wedding Group provides a day-of coordinator, which was amazing. By the time the day of your wedding rolls around, you will be done with decision making. All you want is to show up and have everyone tell you what to do! Our coordinator, Dimitri, was great. We knew we were in good hands and he made sure the day ran so smoothly. He also made sure we had exactly what we needed at every point in the day/night. We had no stress on our wedding day because of this! All in all, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. If not this venue, then any of the other CT Wedding Group properties. Our guests loved our wedding and so did we. You will have the BEST day!
