Located in Moosup, Connecticut, Hope Lodge Venue is a unique event space. Perfect for celebrations, it has 2 floors of 5000 square feet of beautifully renovated space in a building bursting with historic charm. On the top floor, couples will encounter a wood ceiling, barn doors, gold chandelier and a huge stage. Combined, these elements can create an atmosphere like no other. On the lower level, couples will find an industrial but chic rustic space with large windows, full bar area and a bridal suite. We are also happy to share that we now offer access to our in-house speaker system, available on both floors and easy to use via Bluetooth perfect for setting the mood for your event.

“I had the pleasure of working with Hope Lodge Venue recently as a wedding photographer and I can say they are a fantastic choice . Their communication style is incredibly responsive, helpful, and enthusiastic - they go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of. Great quality of work for a the value ; the venue is open, clean, bright, and airy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding or big event . One memorable example was when the staff dressed up along with the Gatsby-themed wedding, truly immersing themselves in the couple's vision. My only suggestion would be for them to potentially expand their parking area in the future, but overall, Hope Lodge Venue is an excellent option for couples seeking a beautiful, well-managed wedding venue and one they could decorate and make their own.”

“Our wedding at The Riverview was truly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives, and we honestly cannot stop reliving how perfect everything felt. Kayla, our coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, always one step ahead. Her calm, confident presence made such a difference, and we always felt like we were in the best hands. Brittany, the assistant coordinator, was equally wonderful and so attentive, kind, and supportive every step of the way. On our wedding day, not only did we have Kayla and Brittany, but we also had Cam and Tara, two more bridal attendants that were absolute lifesavers. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure we could truly be present and soak in every moment. I honestly don't think I turned around once without them handing me food or drink! The service was outstanding across the board. The waitstaff was incredibly professional, fast, and attentive, making all of our guests feel so well taken care of. And the food, wow! It was beyond delicious. We are still hearing from guests about how amazing every course was. It truly exceeded all expectations. Nicole and Will at the bar were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and so fun. They kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long, and our guests absolutely loved them. We have had so many people reach out to us since the wedding saying it was one of the best they have ever been to from the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything. That says it all. The Riverview and their entire team made our day feel effortless, beautiful, and unforgettable in every possible way. “The Carousel Museum is truly a beautiful and unique venue, and very affordable compared to other venues. My wife picked this place, and at first I couldn't understand how people get married here...then we get upstairs to the ballroom and I was sold. The chandeliers from the ceiling, the gorgeous wood, the colors and aesthetic can pretty much work with whatever your theme is. The staff were great, a couple minor issues leading up to the event but all things considered they did a fantastic job handling everything. Highly recommended!”

“I can’t even put into words how special my wedding was thanks to The Lake House (but I’m going to try lol). I found this location on Zola and when I contacted the owner, Paul, it was like speaking to an old friend even though we had never met before. He is so sincere and thoughtful and has the best tips and tricks for wedding planning. I never hired a wedding planner and I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning of my planning process but Paul was there every step of the way for me. He answered all my emails filled with dumb questions and he advised me in the best way. Carole, my wedding coordinator at the venue, was an absolute gem as well and made things so easy. My wedding was 11/16/24 (the last wedding of their season!) and I still have guests telling me how fantastic everything was. Especially the FOOD. I truly dream about the filet mignon and tiramisu we had about twice a week lol. I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. I would have my next birthday party here just so I can see Paul and Carole again and eat more of the delicious food lol. The location is GORGEOUS and they truly made my wedding the best night of my entire life.”
