We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

Larissa is absolutely fantastic. If you’re in need of a coordinator, BOOK HER! I hired her as my day of coordinator, but she does so much more than just “day of”. From as soon as I hired her she was always responsive with emails and text messages. She encouraged me to send her updates on my wedding planning. She provided amazing recommendations for other vendors. Then, her services officially started 6 weeks out. The second her services officially started I cannot explain how much stress left my shoulders. Larissa joined us for our one month walk through with our venue and as soon as that was complete she immediately jumped into wedding coordinating. She is extremely organized and on top of everything. Diane was easily the best decision I made for my wedding. From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. I didn't realize at the time but strong communication was probably the MOST important aspect that made working with vendors 1000x better, and Diane excelled at it. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! I cannot say enough good things about Diane, her abilities as a planner, and her warmth as a person. She will be the best decision that you make for your wedding, too.

Chelsea helped calm my nerves and take over stressful phone calls with vendors. Leading up to the big day, Chelsea took the time to understand our vision and timeline, and on the wedding day itself, they executed everything flawlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — they handled vendor arrivals, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure every little detail was in place. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress. Chelsea was calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. So many of our guests even commented on how smoothly everything ran — and it’s all thanks to Chelsea. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it — and if you can, hire this company! It was one of the best decisions we made. We booked Amanda for Month-Of Coordination and she was an absolute joy to work with! Amanda was polite, professional, prepared, and calm throughout all correspondence and day-of work. Amanda provided invaluable insight on our wedding day timeline and kindly circulated that to our full vendor team. During our venue walkthrough, she brought up so many details I hadn't even thought about, and made expert suggestions on how to address those details. I had a lot of decorative elements that were important to me, and Amanda executed that vision flawlessly. Amanda even has a collection of items available to borrow which came in great handy (easels, candles, cake stands, etc). We experienced some super last minute guest cancellations - I hesitated to text Amanda at midnight on the eve of our wedding, but she replied and addressed those changes expertly. After our wedding, Amanda worked quickly to pack up everything (it was a lot!!!), including items I neglected to make a plan for, like the bouquet and wedding cake - so grateful to Amanda for that!! I highly recommend Amanda as a courteous, organized, and professional wedding coordinator.
