The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 136 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and poolside barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining, and O’Dwyer’s Pub. Which is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

On the hill behind the Main Barn, our state-of-the-art post & beam pavilion provides couples with a rustic, elegant space for dinner & dancing on Saturday evening. This space is conveniently located next to the ceremony site and encompasses a stunning pergola. The Main Barn building is home to 8 of 18 inn rooms, as well as both our dining room & pub. Adjacent to the Main Barn is the Farmhouse, housing two bunk-style rooms. Just across the parking lot sits the Longhouse & Annex comprised of an additional eight inn rooms and offering a bit of privacy from the hustle & bustle of the main events.

Cardigan Lodge is situated on a 1,200-acre reservation owned by the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), the oldest outdoor non-profit organization in the United States. Built in 1853, the lodge is adjacent to the 5,000-acre Cardigan Mountain State Park and is conveniently located two hours from Boston, MA. With access to rushing cascades, Cardigan Mountain’s 3,121’ summit, and more than 50 miles of nature and hiking trails, Cardigan Lodge is the ideal destination for those seeking a natural setting to celebrate their love.

The Whitehall Armory is a historic National Guard armory building located at Whitehall in Washington County, New York. It is a brick and stone castle-like structure built in 1899, designed to be reminiscent of medieval military structures in Europe. It was designed by State Architect Isaac G. Perry. It consists of a 2-story, hip-roofed administration building with an attached gable-roofed drill shed. The administration building features a 5-story octagonal tower and a 3+1⁄2-story round tower. We’ve spent countless hours restoring The Whitehall Armory. Now, it sits proudly as a unique home and special resource for the community.
