I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! She helped us hone our vision and refine our timeline, all while making sure everything was finalized to our liking! From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! I am so blessed to have had Gloria during my traditional engagement. Exactly one week ago, I married the love of my life. I could not have managed the stress of planning a wedding without the grace of God and EventBay, LLC. From consultation to day of, Bashan McLeod (owner) exuded professionalism, profoundness and poise. Her skillset, knowledge and expertise of wedding planning and event planning provided a sense of ease and allowed me to focus on the only important thing…marrying my husband. Lol. I retained the Day of Coordinator service from EventBay, LLC. and the Event Agenda a la cart service to make my big day manageable. Bashan went above and beyond, she always did a monthly check up on me to see how I was doing before her services started. And when the 30 days out started, this business owner was on it! She also recommended vendors when my now husband and I were stuck and could not find a DJ. My entire wedding party was in awe of the seamless transitions between timeline tasks and how Bashan and her team got us together. I am so very grateful to have found EventBay, LLC. I literally had no clue what I was doing. Bashan was clear and concise, personable, and fancy. I would definitely utilize EventBay, LLC.’s services again in the future for any event.
