Ceelo Creative
Rating: 5.0 (24 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $1,900
  • Serves Austin, TX

Photography began as a way to help my wife see herself through a different lens. What started as a personal passion grew into a love for documenting life's most meaningful moments and the people who share them. Today, I specialize in weddings and couples, creating images that help you relive not just how your day looked, but how it felt. My goal is to provide a relaxed, enjoyable experience while preserving memories you'll cherish for years to come.

Awarded Best of Zola
As everyone knows the process of finding a photographer is hard and so stressful. But once we found Ceelo the stress went away! Of course we were first attracted by his portfolio and reasonable pricing but once we chatted with him it was an easy choice and we regretted nothing. He was so attentive to our request before, during and after the wedding. It made the process enjoyable! We bounced idea off each other and he really understood our vision! Not to mention the photos came out just excellent. He was really able to capture the emotions flowing through the day without anyone ever feeling like someone was watching or posing them. The candis we got were *chef kiss* These were memories captured in time so beautifully! Thank you!

  • Starts at $4,000

I AM MAGIC. AND SO ARE YOU. I am a storyteller — a romantic at heart, a seeker of beauty, and a quiet observer of the in-between. My name is Morgan Elise, and I am a documentary-rooted, editorial-inspired wedding photographer based in Austin, Texas — though I’ll follow love wherever it takes me.

Awarded Best of Zola
I saw Morgan’s work online and loved it, so she flew to Seattle to shoot our wedding. Without a doubt, one of our best wedding decisions! She was so communicative, organized, and a fun/comforting presence when we were so stressed. Neither of us are good in front of a camera, and her directions helped us out so much! We love our photos so much, and she got them back to us sooo fast! Talking a huge preview within a day and a huge gallery within a week. She is the best!

Ashley and her team were so amazing to work with on November 2, 2024. This was our first collaboration as wedding planner and photographer. She and her team worked really hard to make sure my clients needs were met even when a rain storm was in our location. Thank you so much for your flexibility and for understanding my timeline, she even had sneak peek photos in my inbox that following Monday talk about a quick turnaround!

Double Knot Pictures | Photo + Video
Rating: 5.0 (21 reviews)
Austin, TX
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $1,970

Our small team of award-winning photographers and videographers celebrate the candid, authentic beauty of your day. Because when you look back on your album you should remember the fun, easy, imperfect, personal moments that make you, you -- not how long you had to pose.

We cannot recommend Double Knot enough for wedding wedding photography and videography. Shaun and Chris (videographers) and Dashun and Vic (photographers) went above and beyond for our VERY long wedding day. Our traditional Vietnamese-Filipino wedding was a 15-hour day that consisted of a traditional morning tea ceremony, Filipino religious ceremony, and a 400-person Vietnamese-style reception. The Double Knot team was extremely patient throughout the entire chaotic wedding day. They made the perfect music video to the song we chose and an amazing full-length documentary. The audio was excellent and quality as well. The photos were so well-edited, and so many beautiful moments were captured. Their turnaround time was also extremely fast! We will always be thankful for having Double Knot, and we’re sure any other couple will be, too!

Diana Ascarrunz Photography
Rating: 5.0 (12 reviews)
Austin, TX
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $8,000

My name is Diana and I'm a photographer based out of Austin, Texas. I'm originally from Atlanta but I live in Austin, Texas with my favorite human Mark, my little sweet baby Tom, and my dog Moonpie. If you're looking for an open, easy, and stress-free experience, get in touch.

Awarded Best of Zola
Diana photographed our wedding and we're obsessed with how our gallery came out! Diana was great to work with from the start and really took the time to get know our story and understand our priorities for the day. The work she did on the back end made the day of feel effortless but when I looked back through our library the details that I was the most excited about were all there. We were really impressed with how Diana and her assistant operated on the day of the wedding. Posing for photos doesn't come naturally to us and she did a great job giving us direction while still letting steer how much time we wanted to spend capturing posed photos vs. just enjoying the day. Diana and her assistant got a great balance of posed and candid shots. It really feels like they captured so many of the small moments from the day like my family playing cards while they waited for the ceremony to start and my mom spontaneously hugging two of her of friends in attendance who were her bridesmaids. We found Diana because we were looking for a photographer with experience capturing less traditional queer couples' weddings. It felt like she immediately got it and we felt super comfortable working with her. Delivery was also super smooth. We got a mixture of digital and film photos and I was super happy we did. The film photos have a really special quality to them. We also got a Super 8 film which was over 5 minutes long and really gives us something to look back on. The website used to deliver photos was really easy to use and share. You can even pull up all the photos of a specific person which is super handy. We got a first look early on and our full gallery arrived within the timeline Diana outlined (it was definitely worth the wait!). Overall it felt like Diana did an incredible job of capturing our day. She was incredibly professional throughout the process and delivered beautiful photos. I would highly recommend her!

Hi I'm Allie! I am a photographer and videographer based in Austin, TX. I have 17+ years experience in the wedding industry. Growing up, my Dad did wedding photography (on film!) and did that all throughout my childhood. Eventually, I got to tag along with him and he realized I had a natural eye for a good shot. Whenever I do weddings now, it always makes me nostalgic for the days I got to spend learning from him. Years later, he gifted me my first camera. Now, I have experience with weddings, short films, portraits, and more. If my work makes a connection with you, then I know I did my job.

Awarded Best of Zola
Allie is an amazing creative that any couple would be lucky to have on their wedding day. She’s prompt with responding to emails and returning photos and video, plus she’s kind and very fun to work with. Allie is a Taylor Swift fiend and makes any couple feel like they’re the star of one of Taylor’s music videos. She’ll turn your wedding into memorable photos and video that you’ll watch more times than the Eras Tour. :)

Hey, thanks SO much for being here! I am honored you are checking out my page. I became a full time wedding photographer after realizing my connection to capturing love stories. I value connection, transparency, and having a fun time with my couples!

Tia is the best! We had so much fun with her on our wedding day! She understood that we wanted to get as many of the formal photos done pre ceremony so we could get to the actual party after. She captured some amazing images that I will treasure forever, and it’s only been a week so I’ve only seen the sneak peeks, there are still more to come! She was professional and thorough, we had a few calls prior to the big day to go over details and make sure we were all on the same page. Your photographer is the person you will send the most time with on your wedding day, so pick someone fun to be around! Tia is that person!

Heather Wise Photography
Rating: 5.0 (8 reviews)
Austin, TX
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,300

I've been in the business for over 18 years so I've seen a lot change and evolve though the years. I bring expertise to the table as well as a background in special education. Having two children of my own and having taught for over a decade, I also bring patience and grace to every person I meet. I believe love is love and I accept and welcome anyone and everyone who allows me to tell their love story.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stop researching and just book Heather now. Our photos are incredible and exactly what we hoped for — but that isn’t the best part. We eloped, so it was literally me, my wife, and our 6 year old daughter, plus Heather. I was anxious bringing a total stranger into such an intimate, private moment. She arrived and instantly put us at ease. Our daughter is shy around new people, and I worried that might impact our photos. Heather immediately engaged her, letting her “push the buttons” on the camera as her photography assistant. She completely won her over! We had two relaxed hours, good guidance about posing (but not too much), and perfect memories to reflect on. Heather, thanks for making us comfortable and helping us celebrate!

It was an absolute joy to work with Tess (and her second shooter, Sophie) for our wedding! Two Pair Photography
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
Austin, TX
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,800

We are the eyes behind TWO PAIR PHOTOGRAPHY. We are high school sweethearts. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’ve shot hundreds of weddings and it never gets old. We operate on a glass half full mentality for life. Sometimes sans rules. We shoot people for a living. Weddings, Engagements, Families, Brides, Seniors… We are Chad + Tressie and we love LOVE!

We booked Two Pair Photography less than a month out from our big day after switching from another photographer for other reasons. The fact that they responded quickly (the week of Thanksgiving), kindly, and compassionately meant the world! Fast forward to the day of, and they are there with two shooters, on-time. The main photographer (and one of the business owners), Chad, worked two locations that morning as the groom got ready at the hotel and the bride got ready at the venue. We had him for the full ten hours. The directed portraits portion of our wedding with our family and wedding party was also a blast! In less than three weeks after the wedding (with the holidays in the middle), we received 1000s of stunning photos! Talk about a great turnaround! Two Pair gave us a shareable link for our friends, family, and other vendors. Going through the photos has been such a delight. We've had so many friends tell us, "There will be 5-10 photos you love, and the rest will be okay." That is hardly the case for us - as we have fallen in love with 100s of them from the shoot! Absolutely worth the price and then some!

Sam Hugh Photography
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
Austin, TX
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,500

I’m a hopeless romantic that's in an international long-distance marriage for almost ten years. I really enjoy documenting weddings. It’s one giant Rubik's Cube of composing interesting images, telling family history, figuring out the optimal light, and just getting to know people. My passion is to keep pushing my art and create a timeless product you will still cherish 50 years from now. I want to create honest photos that capture the realness of your relationships. I want to do more than tell a story, I want to capture the feelings and emotions of the day. I want to capture your quirkiness, your happiness, and the quiet moments in between.

Sam took the time to get to know me and my fiancé and totally got our vibe. It was clear that he had studied my wedding photography Pinterest board, had seen and understood my vision for wedding photos that were more elevated and editorial than some of the more typical wedding photographs. We have gotten non-stop compliments on our wedding photos but more importantly, my fiancé and I LOVE them. They are the perfect representation of us. And now for businessy things: Sam was punctual, always on time (usually early!) for everything from initial calls to the actual day of. He was SO polite and patient when our relatives were being annoying and asking him to take a photo on their iPhones. (eye roll, sorry Sam!!!) He was great a corralling the crowd for group portraits and he was not intrusive at all during the ceremony. Honestly, I kind of forget he was even there. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and we felt really lucky to get to have him on our wedding. TLDR: Sam slayed this and I would recommend him to everyone

Wedding photography is so much more than snapping a few frames. It's about being a part of the experience, making connections, and meeting new people. Whether it's laughter, joy, or romance, there is nothing better than being able to show what a couple's love is all about through images. I care about the moments first and foremost. Let's create some magic, make memories, and have an experience that you won't soon forget!

John is the best! Our wedding pictures came out better than I could have imagined. He is incredibly responsive, open to your ideas and suggestions, and goes above and beyond. He captured the moments we will treasure forever in a way I didn't think was possible! You can't go wrong with John as your photographer. Haley was the absolute BEST. She took both our engagement photos and wedding photos and she captured our love in ways more beautiful than I could even imagine :) Love that she does a mix of film and digital, her film photos have such a magical, dreamy quality. I'm Nicole, an intimate wedding, destination, and elopement photographer passionate about capturing your story, personality, and vision. I hate productions and going through the motions. I invest in you and capture your day true to you!

The Shens Photography

We're Adam and Courtney, a husband and wife wedding photography team based in Austin, Texas and available for weddings worldwide. Our style blends documentary and editorial: candid, story-driven images with the timeless polish that makes them feel like heirlooms. For the past seven years, what we've loved most about this work is the people. Getting to know each couple, earning their trust, and showing up on one of the most important days of their life ready to serve them wholeheartedly. Our couples tell us having us by their side feels like home, and that's the highest compliment we could receive. We'd be honored to be part of your story.

We are SO happy we chose The Shens for our wedding photography. First of all, the photos themselves are absolutely stunning. Every image is so crisp, vibrant, and beautifully composed. The colors are gorgeous without feeling over edited, and somehow every photo feels both polished and natural at the same time. But honestly, what impressed me most was the level of care and attention to detail Courtney put into the editing. She went above and beyond removing distractions from the background and tiny details that most people probably wouldn’t even notice, like exit signs, air vents, random people in the background, and even a stain on my dress. And she didn’t just do this for portraits or major moments. She clearly took the same care with candid guest photos and all the little in-between moments too. You can tell how much pride she takes in her work and how much she genuinely wants every single image to be the best it can possibly be. I know that level of editing takes a huge amount of time and effort, and it made such a difference in the final gallery. Beyond the quality of the photos, Adam and Courtney were also just wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were calm, thoughtful, organized, and easy to be around on a day that can otherwise feel stressful. We genuinely could not recommend them more highly.

Chris is easy-going and relaxing to work with right from the jump. His creative eye always found a way to incorporate our surroundings yet he always was able to capture a natural expression. We had a few different locations for our engagement shoot and in each location, he was able to find something unique, experimented with different framing, but was always able to keep us at ease in front of a camera. Overall he made the day really special and we left with a memorable set of images that we see every day on our walls! It was great working with him and I'll jump at any chance to do it again. Highly recommend!
