I take an artful and genuine approach to my photography. I specialize in shooting medium format film along with digital as a perfect union, as this provides a unique quality and look to the images I produce. My mother invested in a quality camera when I was young and I been shooting film ever since. I love the authenticity, softness and outstanding colors produced by film and the finely tuned precision, flexibility and speed of digital. My goal is to capture an elegant, luminous and timeless feel to your story through my images.

I am currently based in Austin, Texas. I love traveling for pleasure and work. Truly when traveling to photograph the wedding of a lovely couple those two are combined and we appreciate those couples who let us see the world along with them. My work has been featured in BRIDES OF AUSTIN blog and magazine, Bridal Magazines, 7 Centerpieces, and much more. Chosen Prefered Vendor of Once Wed and Brides of Austin. We strive to turn around the images to our clients as quickly as possible while maintaining the impeccable quality our clients expect. Generally, wedding images will be uploaded to an online gallery no more than 60 days after the wedding. Portrait sessions generally require approximately 3 weeks.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening when needed to an image. My style is to leave you looking like your naturally beautiful self and touch up when necessary.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 7 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never canceled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if absolutely necessary.
Typically I’ll bring one or more assistants to help with my gear and making sure we have all the hands we need to make sure we never miss a beat. When you choose a collection with a second professional photographer, I will hire a suitable professional Wedding photographer or associate of mine to capture all those extra moments or to be where I can't be at the same time.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame because I only accept a limited amount of weddings per year, I book up quickly. However, I have had many couples reach out in a short time line and we found a date to accommodate their needs.
