“If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Rob absolutely CRUSHED it at our wedding on Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, I love florals and dresses and all the other aspects of a wedding, but my main concern vendor-wise was music. My husband and I are music people and we did not want the typical Bruno Mars, Cha-cha slide playlist and Rob UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!! Omg it was amazing, I’m still buzzing from dancing for 6 hours straight. Our dance floor was PACKED the entire time and the vibe I wanted to achieve was literally surpassed. It was perfect!! “Our DJ was very professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the planning process and on the wedding day, I had a million questions throughout the process and he was able to answer them all. He was great with communication and kept the music going all night, which helped keep the dance floor lively and fun for our guests! He helped me out a ton with helping pick songs for the precessional and other key moments of the night, and he gave me great advice on what would and wouldn't work well. my only tips for the future: Before the wedding, I had created a playlist of songs I was hoping would be incorporated into the night, along with a separate “must play” list of songs that were especially meaningful to us. Toward the very end of the reception, I realized that the must-play songs hadn’t been worked into the evening yet, so we asked for them with about 15 minutes left. In hindsight, I would just recommend making sure those key songs get sprinkled into the night a little earlier so couples (mainly the bride lol) have more time to enjoy them :) There were also a couple moments during announcements where guests weren’t fully paying attention, and repeating instructions once or twice more might have helped get everyone on the same page a little quicker. Overall, the music was still great and our guests had a really fun time on the dance floor. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to other couples! As a nit picky /type a person, i think with just a little extra focus on incorporating requested playlists and must-play songs earlier in the night, he could make the experience even better for future weddings!”

Our first meeting with him demonstrated that this guy loves music and is really a sound nerd at heart. The day of our wedding, he was professional and intuitive. His sound system provided great audio throughout the ceremony and reception, and his whole set up matched our black tie wedding. He did a great job of incorporating our requests, while also adding in guest requests from the vinyl bar (such a cool addition that we got so many compliments on!). “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! The app they use was such a genius tool—it made planning so easy and fun, letting us customize our playlist while also trusting Gabriel’s expertise. Communication was seamless; Gabriel was always quick to respond, super organized, and genuinely excited to make our big day perfect. Gabriel was incredible in determining when was the right time to transition into slow songs or over to a faster beat. He definitely had an eye for how the vibes were happening during those moments.
