Disappointed

Things started off well enough. The vendor was responsive to questions and very talkative before the wedding. The day of the ceremony, things started off on wrong foot. I heard the vendor say that everything was inside, and I had to remind him that we had paid extra to have outdoor speakers during the cocktail hour. He said "we'll make it work." Which apparently meant taking some of the indoor speakers outside, which may explain why people were having trouble hearing announcements during the ceremony. Once the ceremony started, I thought the music sounded wrong during my daughter's (the bride's) entrance. Turns out the DJ was using the timeline from another wedding and played the wrong song. The coordinator had to point out at one point that things were in the wrong order, and that's when it was discovered. When I asked for a refund for the external speakers charge, I was told they made it work and there wouldn't be a refund. Additionally, though we spent over an hour consulting on a playlist for the wedding, only a handful of the songs my daughter chose were played. None of this was a disaster, and my daughter still had a wonderful wedding, but this was the most disappointing of the vendors we used.
