You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses ​ ​are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. With over 15 years in farm-to-table dining and destination weddings, we are committed to hosting your best-day-ever with extraordinary attention to detail, making it a very personal experience.

Defiance Hall is a 10,000 sf, authentically restored historic building with reaching mountain views built in 1820. We focus our venue on weddings for up to 125 guests, allowing the event to flow inside and outside the property with arrival cocktail receptions on our outdoor terrace & creekside area or inside in a welcoming space. Dining typically takes place in the main hall, while wedding vows, dancing, and afterparties are held upstairs in The Loft. We offer a full suite of amenities, including liquor and commercial kitchen licenses. We offer in-house or third-party catering.
