Planning a Texas wedding from NYC was no small task, and I can confidently say that hiring Krysta as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. From the moment we brought her on board, she became an absolute rock in our planning process. Her quirky and lovely personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and her ability to stay laser-focused on tasks while getting them done quickly was a game changer. Krysta was there to guide us every step of the way, and she seamlessly took the reins about four months out from the wedding, allowing me to finally breathe a little. She worked flawlessly with all our vendors, even helping us find and communicate with them. Despite the distance, she was more than willing to meet in person whenever I was in town, and she was always on top of texting me back, especially when wedding anxiety hit. The day of the wedding, Krysta came in full force with her team of assistants and made sure every detail was set. With over 20 vendors and staff involved, there were countless moving parts, but Krysta handled it all like an absolute pro. Any mishaps were dealt with swiftly and gracefully, to the point where I didn’t even have to worry. As a Type A bride, she was everything I needed—she respected my need to be involved and, at the same time, was always five steps ahead when it came to questions or ensuring things ran smoothly. Even after the wedding, when we had some issues with vendors, Krysta provided unwavering support. She jumped on video calls with us, backed us up, and continued to hold our hands through the post-wedding process until we were fully ready to move on. Natalia was a fantastic coordinator for me on my wedding day! I got married at an indoor/outdoor venue in San Antonio, Texas in June and had around 150 guests with a ceremony at 6 pm and departure from the venue at 12 am. She was so communicative the months leading up to the wedding and extremely flexible whenever I had last minute changes to my day-of timeline/plans. She also helped keep me on track with getting everything I needed ready for the day. She even got me some money back from the venue when the AC was broken in the bridal cabin leaving us to deal with the Texas heat. I didn’t have a single worry or hesitation on my wedding day thanks to her planning and coordination throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!

I literally could not have gotten through our big day without Chelsea. From planning/timelines, to decor execution, vendor communication, I just literally have so much I could say about how beautifully it all came together. My caterer showed up with the wrong amount of food (didn’t use the finalized contract) and our security guard no showed us meaning no alcohol until we got someone there. Chelsea was right in there with everyone else calling and trying to get it figured out. Do not hesitate in using her as your planner or coordinator! It’s one of the most important decisions you make!

My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. Everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. The day ran like clockwork. What truly set her apart, though, was that she didn't just manage the logistics, but she made sure we actually enjoyed our wedding. She went out of her way to ensure the bride and groom were present, happy, not distracted and having the time of our lives. That's rare, and it made all the difference. Brandi is an excellent wedding planner and I would highly recommend her for your wedding planning needs. She really went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a pretty anxious person when it comes to planning, so this was money well spent. I appreciated how easy-going she was to work with and how she made me feel supported and confident in my decisions as I tend to get analysis paralysis or feeling overwhelmed fairly easy. She is highly organized and, very quickly, I could tell she was highly reliable and able arrange everything to keep me on schedule. I went with the full "Dont have to lift a finger" package which I highly recommend for anyone. When I had questions or concerns, she was already 2 steps ahead of me. I was able to fully relax (well mostly ;-)) on my wedding day and didnt have to really do anything, but get in my dress and show up. Also, Brandi has tons of decorations to choose from which are also included in the package. I was very happy that I didnt have to spend extra money on decorations that were probably just going to be used once and end up in a landfill. At the end of the day, there was only two large trash bags for a wedding of 70 people and that made me very happy. The wedding was beautiful and everyone had such a great time! I had so many compliments from everyone that attended. Brandi was there all day with her crew and making sure everything ran smoothly-- I really felt taken care of. This is truly her passion. We are so incredibly grateful we had Jacquelyn as our day-of coordinator! Mariana was truly the most integral part of our wedding day. She took care of every step in getting the day ready so I only had to worry about making it down the aisle! The 3 hour details meeting have my husband and I (and my parents, too) the much needed clarity on what the big day would look like. She guided us through the rehearsal, which without we would’ve been so lost. Stacy was absolutely AMAZING throughout our Walt Disney World wedding experience! She took care of all our personal decor details and brought our vision to life in a way that felt seamless and stress free. She collaborated effortlessly with our other vendors.
