We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. We were looking for a wedding day-of-coordinator in our local area, and upon our first interactions with Macy, we knew that she was right fit for us. Macy's personable approach, really getting to know us and what we were looking for, and always being open to answering questions and being transparent about everything was a large part of us feeling very comfortable with working with her. We were able to utilize the guest and table layout tools that Macy makes available, and it was very helpful to be able to share that with her so she could coordinate directly with vendors and not need us to drive those conversations. There was so much that Macy helped to coordinate behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to our wedding day, it helped things to run incredibly smoothly. The rehearsal day was well run, with Macy walking us through what everyone in our wedding party and families needed to do and where to be - and this translated over to the actual wedding day itself, where Macy and her team helped to communicate with everyone, ushering people to the right spots, blocking and tackling folks from inadvertently going into the getting ready areas, and generally helping with all of the setup and teardown and keeping all of us on schedule. We can't speak highly enough of Macy, and many of our guests were truly impressed with how smooth everything ran. Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

LoKel kept our wedding afloat (literally). From our first meetings to the day of, these two ladies were exactly what us as a clueless couple needed. LoKel was able to help us navigate the unexpected Hurricane Ian for our outdoor at home wedding and helped ensure the most fun for our guests and us.
