“Our wedding at the Forest Park Golf Club was absolutely outstanding! Lexi was stellar helping us when we first visited, learning about the different package options, and finding out that we could make the dream of having our wedding reception in Forest Park come true! Maddie did more than we could ever have hoped for as our coordinator, helping us with decorating ideas, arranging all of the details, and getting everything set up perfectly on the day of the reception. We made some additions the week of the wedding that the club accommodated seamlessly. They made everything as easy as it could have been. Our photographer was in an accident on the wedding day (oh no!) which pushed back the timing of the wedding. We arrived later than planned at the reception. Maddie was waiting outside with golf carts so we could immediately dash away for pictures at the Grand Basin- after she made a quick dash into the club to bring out some emergency finger nail tools! And the pictures around the Grand Basin: sunset reflecting on the water behind us… so beautiful! And the food! The drinks! The service! Everything was absolutely outstanding. Me and my bride never got our own drinks- the servers were frequently asking us for anything we would like. It truly exceeded the dreams we had of what our Forest Park wedding reception could be!”

“We got married just over a week ago at the Franklin after booking nearly 2 years ahead of time and genuinely can not say enough about how amazing this venue, management, and staff were. When we met Christina and Danny on our tour we pretty much knew immediately that the Franklin was perfect for our wedding day not only because the venue is absolutely stunning (which it 100% is) but also because of how much Christina and Danny cared about their work and making our day special. Leading up to our wedding we had our tasting which was so much fun and felt like an event in itself, we worked with Cate and Emily (members of the Franklin management team) on our final details which made the day go so smoothly, had our decoration set up (they were so accommodating with time and giving us access to anything we needed, it made everything so easy), and lastly our rehearsal which Emily helped lead and with her guidance we were in and out in no time with all of the knowledge and practice we needed for the big day! And as if all of that wasn’t amazing our wedding day was so perfect largely because of how much work the franklin team put in for us. They helped us with anything we asked and worked with our vendors beautifully. The food was fantastic, Emily helped with day of coordination and was flawless, and the rest of the team was onsite almost the whole day. “We could not recommend a better DJ for our wedding! We got married April 5, 2024 (so sorry for the delayed review!) and Matt was so helpful from day one of talking with him. We live in FL and he’s in Missouri, where we had our wedding and he was always quick to answer my emails and I never felt like all of my questions were ever bothering him. Matt met with us a few times to go over the songs, lights, expectations, and organization of how the songs fit into the sequence of our special day. He made the process so easy and made himself available to meet in the timeframes that we able to fly home and at a place that was convenient. Since he helped reduce stress in the beginning planning stages and he’s so personable, I knew he would be a great fit for our wedding! And… he was a wonderful DJ! The music was perfect, he didn’t play anything that we didn’t want to hear and everything that everyone loved! We picked out most of the songs we wanted during the evening and he played them without question, plus some perfect fitting songs that the guests would love! We are pretty picky people and Matt did a great job fulfilling the DJ role with our requests and making the night just absolutely lovely!!! There were no instances of equipment/technology failure, which is always a plus, he showed up early to set up and his pricing was better than other quotes I received. His voice was clear and professional, appearance was wedding appropriate, and execution of his DJ skills to make our night magical filled with great music and dancing was fantastic!!! “I cannot say enough good things about our DJ (Jon)! My now husband and I had some concerns regarding some of our family members and we discussed them with Jon prior to the event. Jon respected our wishes and was so professional about everything. He handled things extremely well. We had an issue with the pastor who married us. We had asked the pastor a week or two prior to the wedding if he would at least come by the reception hall to say the blessing at the wedding (He said yes at the time.), and he no-showed. Jon had announced that the pastor would come up and say the blessing, and of course there was radio silence because we quickly realized the pastor wasn’t there. Once we told Jon that he didn’t show up, Jon said a quick blessing and our meal began. We started the dances, and we could not keep people off of the dance floor. Jon kept pace with the crowd so well and everyone had such a blast! What my husband and I didn’t realize at the time was that my husband’s Uncle Joe had a surprise song picked out for us as well as green Irish polo shirts made for all of us (inside joke) and we essentially had a bit of a flash mob at our wedding. Kudos to Jon for going along with his idea! That was so funny and it made our wedding so special. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I truly hope every couple is blessed with a DJ like Jon. I don’t think he could have done anything better honestly. You will not find a better DJ in the St. Louis / Metro East area! Thanks Jon!”

“Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! We couldn’t have done it without her!!”
