Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, our meeting house was constructed in 1930 during the administration of the Quaker president, Herbert Hoover. In 1970, we acquired the red brick Quaker House, Carriage House and garden at 2121 Decatur Place NW. Built in the 1920s and also on the National Register, these buildings today house a number of nonprofit organizations and small businesses as well as additional event spaces. With multiple interior spaces and gardens, we can accommodate events of various sizes and layouts, from 2 to 300. We host individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit entities. Our event rental prices are affordable, with discounts offered to non-profit organizations in alignment with our values. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

The graceful manor house dates to 1861 and has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored. Each couple and their attendants can prepare for their celebration in comfortably furnished get-ready suites, where they can savor the anticipation of the day, refresh throughout the entire event, and make the most of the unique atmosphere for photos.
