District Winery hosts full-service weddings for up to 200 guests. The first working winery in Washington, DC, District Winery is located in Navy Yard along the Anacostia River. District Winery include our highly regarded wedding cuisine and wines made onsite. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

The estate was granted in 1683 and was a favored stopping ground for George Washington who enjoyed the parties thrown at this elegant and intimate property still nestled in natural woodlands and ag preserved lands.

The Manor sits on 55 acres of perfectly landscaped gardens featuring 2 ceremony locations (Barn or Garden) Vintage chic indoor open floor plan venue with outdoor climate-controlled reception with Nanawalls Accordion Sliders for indoor/outdoor capabilities. Rockfield Manor is a Non- Profit Venue all proceeds go back into maintaining the estate gardens, grounds and 104 year old manor.
