The hotel is accessible.

The Ceremony Fee is $1,500.00. This includes ceremony location, set-up, and Acrylic Chivari Chairs with Ivory Cushions.

The venue rental fee includes: Ivory or Ivory Damask floor length linens, Acrylic Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Cushions, Acrylic Table Numbers, Wood Dance Floor, & Staging for Entertainment Needs.

The primary non-refundable deposit totals 25% of the contracted food and beverage minimum, plus room rental. Dates are considered definite upon receipt of the initial deposit and the signed catering contract. A completed credit card authorization form for all future deposits is also due at this time. The full prepayment of the event is due 10 business days prior to event.

Additional Fees Include: Bartender fee $200 per bar, 1 per (75) guests Chef Attendant $200 per attendant, 1 per (75) guests Coat Check Attendant, $200 per attendant A 15% service charge is added to all functions for payment to the hourly paid wait staff and service employees engaged in the service of the event. An administrative fee of 9% is added to all function and event orders including room rental, to defer overhead cost. Service charge and administrative fees are subject to change. Sales taxes will be compiled in strict accordance with federal, state/provincial and local tax regulations on all applicable charges.

A one-night stay for the newlyweds, custom amenity and one night overnight parking is included.

Room block discounted rates are offered with a minimum of 10 rooms. A representative from the sales department will contact you to reserve sleeping rooms for out-of-town wedding guests.

Gift Bags, if provided, will be delivered to guest rooms between 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM by our bell staff. Hotel will distribute 100% of all gratuity payments to Hotel employees.

For all Weddings, a Hotel approved Certified Wedding Planner is required and must be onsite for the duration of your function.

Confetti is only permitted with prior written approval. A confetti cleanup fee of $1,500 will be applied to the final bill.
