    From the moment we started planning, Wendy made us feel like our wedding was her priority. She listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure every detail came together perfectly. The Embers at Signal Point itself is stunning and incredibly well-maintained, which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the food was delicious with a cake that looked as good as it tasted. Wendy's coordination skills are truly impressive, and she helped us navigate the planning process with ease. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a team that genuinely cares about making your day special.

The maximum capacity for the indoor venue is 99 seated guests with tables and chairs.
You can host your ceremony either within the building or out on the bluff. An additional $500 ceremony fee will be added and will include seating.
The venue is available to rent all year round as it has access to air conditioning and heating.
The venue is available for set-up starting at 10am. All guests and vendors must exit the property before 12 midnight.
Rehearsal days are available on the Thursday before your wedding for one hour. Rehearsal times must be scheduled in advance.
No candles or open flames are permitted on the property.
All food must be purchased through our in house caterer.
Alcohol and bartending services are only available for use by our in house bar.
Closing time for the bar is 11pm with last call at 10:30pm.
Music must be shut off by 11pm and no later.
Yes. We will have a manager on site at all times of the rental.
There is no smoking or vaping inside the venue. Smoking and vaping is only permitted within the designated smoking area.
You are responsible for returning the venue to its original state. This includes removal of all trash and placing it in the designated trash area, removing all personal property and decorations, breaking down tables and chairs, and sweeping of the venue. For an additional fee, staff at The Embers can provide the clean up service.
60 inch round tables and chairs for up to 99 guests indoors, outdoor patio seating (depending the time of year), buffet tables, bridal and groom suite, additional tables available for cake, gifts, memory table, etc.
