Built in 1928, as an Elks Temple, this property has been beautifully restored and renovated, while keeping its original character and charm. Climate-controlled for all-season events, on-site tables and Chiavari chairs are included for up to 200. Enjoy the flexibility of using cater of choice, and the freedom to bring in your own beverages and spirits.

The Kull Memorial Stateroom is 1900 square feet, and is located on the main floor of The Grand LV. Plenty of natural light enters through seven large windows, with sunset views over the St. Joseph River. This space is perfect for any gathering.

    I had my wedding ceremony and reception at The Grand LV and absolutely loved the space. My husband and I actually shared our first date and got engaged at the coffee shop connected to the venue. Melanie was great to work with and is very on top of her communication, always responding in a timely manner! We created some of the best memories of our lives that night and will forever be thankful for this space. 10/10 would recommend :)

    Working with Melanie - from our first interest in The Grand LV for our wedding venue, to the days after our wedding wrapping up details - all of it was a great experience! Melanie was so easy-going and made me feel at ease in the midst of the inevitable stress of planning a large event. She was professional and also so personal...The venue is such a lovely space and has such potential to make it reflect what you want for your event. It was ideal for the vibe we wanted for our wedding day - intimate, lovely, easy-going, fun...I highly recommend The Grand LV if you want these things for your wedding celebration!
