As a Wellen Park resident, I was excited to explore this venue for my son’s wedding and initially expected a positive experience. Unfortunately, after reaching out four separate times over the course of more than two weeks to request pricing and availability, I received only one brief email and then no further communication. I even contacted the Wellen Park Welcome Center, which kindly reached out on my behalf, but that also failed to generate a response. At this point, the issue is not the pricing or whether the venue is a fit for our event. It is the complete lack of follow-through. I understand that businesses get busy, but responding to potential customers is a basic part of customer service. If you are considering this venue, be aware that communication may be a challenge.

Great outdoor venue for families when live music

We had our wedding reception at Solis Hall, and it could not have been more perfect! The venue itself is absolutely stunning – elegant, spacious, and the perfect backdrop for such a special day. The food from Banyan House was phenomenal; our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the day ran seamlessly. A huge shout-out to Casey Werdell, the catering coordinator, who brought every detail of my vision to life. Casey was organized, responsive, and so easy to work with – she truly made the planning process stress-free and the final result better than I could have imagined. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines beauty, amazing food, and a dedicated team that truly cares, I can’t recommend Solis Hall enough!
