Their communication style was detailed and thorough, ensuring every aspect of our wedding was thoughtfully planned and executed. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

She helped us create our timeline, wrangle and align all the vendors, and stayed in close contact with everybody to keep the event going the exact way we imagined. When small issues would emerge, she handled them with ease and speed. When we ran behind schedule, she was reassuring and did a great job helping us prioritize what we needed to do. She was also incredibly hospitable and thoughtful – she even brought us a plate of appetizers since we were doing photos during our cocktail hour! There are not enough words to accurately describe just how truly INCREDIBLE Stephanie and her team were for my sisters wedding. Hurricane Helene wrecked the plans so we had to change venues, caterers, bakers, bartenders and add lighting, bathrooms, and ALL rentals within 6 days and she somehow did it. I still can’t believe she pulled it off and it was truly stunning!!! She captured our vision even better than I ever imagined. Kate was a great asset to our wedding! We hired Kate for full planning and she was able to help us with budget, communicating with vendors, day of coordination, putting out or personal decor, and more! We had a large event with a fusion Indian-American wedding. We had an Indian ceremony, lunch, American ceremony, and reception all within the same day. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. It was great to have her help plan throughout our whole engagement and creating timelines, contacting vendors, and dealing with many details up until and through the day of. She was able to pivot quickly as needed like us having to move one ceremony from outdoors to indoors at the last moment. She was able to work under pressure and handled a lot of details and situations throughout the day that me, my husband, and our families didn’t need to handle ourselves. I can’t imagine only having the venue coordinator and not having Kate as our personal coordinator as well. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I would highly recommend Kate!

Vanessa Mauricio with Kelly Kennedy Weddings & Events is truly amazing! She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and has the perfect personality for a wedding coordinator — always calm, cool, and collected. Vanessa organized every single detail of our wedding day down to the minute, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment leading up to and during our wedding. She began working with us about a month before our big day, and once she came on board, she took the reins with every one of our vendors to make sure everything went off without a hitch. She and her assistant even took care of all of our wedding décor — from unpacking our boxes and beautifully decorating the venue to packing everything up again at the end of the night. Coming from a very type b bride who’s simultaneously very particular about her style - I would give her 10 stars if I could. I mean she made my husband to be a boutonnière on the fly?! I am beyond impressed and I cannot imagine this day coming together without them. She was there in stressful moments and exciting ones and was reliable the whole way through. I also want to highlight that I had experienced calls with two other planners before talking with Savannah and I left both of those calls with a pit in my stomach and in tears for how small they made me feel. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! I found Cherish Your Vows through a recommendation from my venue in the Keys and from the start I felt Lisa really understood the vibe I wanted for my wedding. She found me a great Dj and her husband handled the Video. I ended up also selecting Lisa for the florals and it was so beautiful. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
