    The best wedding venue!

    We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our wedding. From the moment we reached out to inquire to the execution of the event, everything was first class. Kim was the events coordinator and was knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns along the way. The service was amazing, the food was delightful, and the drinks were very well praised by our guests. They were incredibly accommodating for dietary restrictions of our guests. The facilities were clean and beautiful and there was ample parking for our guests. We had the BEST experience at our tasting, where we got to try the appetizers, salads, entrees, and the CAKES! We had three full entrees and three pieces of cake and we were wow’ed by all of them! We have been to many weddings and our cake was the best (all of our guests agreed). We highly recommend the Grove for your event!

    Amazing and Affordable

    GROVE was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, the staff were thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. Their communication was top-notch, and they made our planning so easy. The venue itself was beautiful, affordable, and inclusive - we only had to hire a couple of outside vendors since GROVE provides so many wonderful amenities. Our guests cannot stop raving about the delicious food and cake that was provided. The staff were also very professional and made our special day run seamlessly. We are so grateful to GROVE for helping to make our wedding day truly perfect.

At Grove we are a full-service catering company and event space. We provide all food and beverages including alcohol. All outside food and beverages including alcohol are prohibited with the exception of a cake or cupcakes, which must be from a licensed vendor.
Grove has a large of amount of parking available at no charge to your guests. Valet options are available and pricing can be requested when booking your event.
Banquet spaces are reserved for a four-hour block of time for your event. We also allow additional time for set-up there is a maximum of 3 hours for ballroom events (based on room availability) and 1 hour for Live Oak and Cedar. Additional event and set up time needed will incur additional fees based on event space and length of time.
The site fee includes the set up and clean-up of tables, chairs, house linens, and table settings. We have a variety of table sizes including round tables, banquet tables, and high top tables. Events requesting additional tables not available through our venue will require an additional rental fee for those tables. House linens include a color selection of black or white for table linens and napkins. Additional colors, fabrics, and designs are available to rent for an additional fee. Table settings include flatware, dinnerware, and glassware. Table accessories such as chargers, centerpieces, and table numbers may be brought in or rented.
Yes, Grove is fully accessible. We offer ADA-compliant facilities, including accessible entrances, restrooms, and pathways to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy our space. If you or your guests have specific accessibility needs, our team is happy to assist with any accommodations to make your experience seamless.
Grove is conveniently located near several airports, making travel easy for you and your guests. The closest airport is Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), just a short drive from the venue. Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) are also nearby options, both within approximately 1–1.5 hours. From SRQ, Grove is about a 20–30 minute drive depending on traffic. Guests can easily access the venue by rental car, rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, or private transportation. Our team is happy to provide directions or assist with transportation recommendations as needed.
