Located between Willams and Pearl Streets, The Down Town Association is the fifth oldest of New York City's private clubs and in 1859 was the first to be founded in lower Manhattan. We are pleased to add Sixty Pine Street to our portfolio and honored to be apart of a long & prestige heritage.
