About this venue

Opened in 1997 Bottino, is a restaurant in the West Chelsea neighborhood, an institution in the New York art world and a stone's throw from the Highline! Easily accessible to the outlying boroughs and the tristate area, with a beautiful backyard garden that is covered for year-round use, Bottino has been the site of innumerable gallery opening dinners, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners and small weddings. Our goal at Bottino is to provide all of the benefits a restaurant setting provides -- menu flexibility, delicious farm-to-table cuisine, creative bar options and warm and efficient service -- while putting years of event planning experience at your disposal. We are happy to assist in all aspects of the event planning and can recommend vendors for flowers, cakes, music, photography if you like. Our goal is to make your special effortless and memorable!

    Bottino was an amazing venue to work with for our wedding. We were so impressed with their exceptional professionalism and their beautiful space from the very beginning. Both Danny and Devon worked with us throughout our planning. They were super responsive and had wonderful suggestions that made our wedding so special and personalized. All of our guests complimented the delicious food and the wonderful service. We are so happy we had our wedding at Bottino. We cannot recommend them enough and look forward to having more events there in the future!

    We recently held our daughters micro-wedding at Bottino. It was a last minute decision as we had already changed her original wedding date to June of 2021 but the couple still wanted to get married on their original date. Danny, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and easy to work. The event was put together in less than a month. Everything was great - the outdoor garden is lovely and the food and service were wonderful. The staff was very attentive. I have just rebooked the venue for the bridal shower (doing things a little backward I know). I highly recommend.

    We had our wedding reception at Bottino. The entire experience, from working with Danny to the day of the reception, was fabulous. Great food, and the staff was wonderful. We have hosted other family occasions here and an organization gala and it is great every single time.
